En 2019, nous avons été contraints d'annuler le Bouclier Européen, le tout premier tournoi international de Mario Kart PC, suite au forfait de l'équipe des Îles Britaniques. Un traumatisme qui nous suit encore aujourd'hui... :(

Mais aujourd'hui, après presque 4 ans d'efforts, nous avons suffisamment développés le compétitif du jeu pour lancer notre première compétition majeure !!! Nous vos présentons : le MKPC Tri-Nations !!! Ce tournoi s'inscrira dans la lignée des Mario Kart World Cup sur les jeux officiels, et sera leur équivalent sur Mario Kart PC ! 8)

Le Tri-Nations, comme son nom l'indique, opposera un total de trois équipes nationales. En fonction de l'évolution de la communauté et du cercle compétitif, les équipes participantes seront amenées à changer. L'objectif est de diviser la communauté en trois équipes de niveaux équitables.

Pour cette édition 2023, les équipes choisies seront :
-la France, terre natale de Mario Kart PC !!!
-le continent des Amériques, continent rival de la France !!!
-le continent de l'Eurasie, dernier bastion du MKPC professionnel !!!

Les océaniens auront le droit de représenter l'Eurasie. Tout joueur venant d'Afrique, ou de toute autre région non représentée ici peuvent tenter leur chance avec les 3 équipes.


Chaque "pays" aura 2 semaines pour former une sélection officielle. La sélection doit respecter les critères suivants :

-avoir un membre "fondateur/capitaine". Bonus : il est possible d'élire 1 ou 2 membres "sous-capitaines"
-avoir 6 membres minimums, et 12 au maximum.
-l'ensemble des membres doivent avoir Discord et 13 ans au minimum (sauf exception).

Pour être éligible à une équipe nationale, un joueur doit remplir l'un des critères suivants :

-sa nationalité compétitive sur MKPC doit être d'un pays membre de la région qu'il souhaite représenter (exemple : être du Canada vous permet de représenter les Amériques).
-il possède au moins une nationalité d'un pays membre de la région qu'il souhaite représenter (être binational France-Chine vous rend éligible pour la France et l'Eurasie).
-un de ses deux parents et/ou quatre grand-parents possède au moins une nationalité d'un pays membre de la région qu'il souhaite représenter.
-il ne doit pas déjà être sélectionné par une autre équipe qui participe au Tri-Nations.

Les différents représentants annonceront leurs rosters définitifs sur le serveur Discord de la MKPC Pro League.



Le format du Tri-Nations 2023 sera le suivant :

-les 3 équipes nationales vont êtres réunies au sein d'un même groupe. Dans cette poule unique, chaque équipe affrontera deux fois les deux autres, pour un total de 4 matchs joués, et 6 pour l'ensemble du tournoi.
-les matchs seront répartis sur 3 semaines, avec rythme de 2 matchs par semaine.
-un match de Tri Nations oppose deux équipes, dans un format 3 contre 3. Un match se joue sur 12 courses, et l'équipe qui possède le plus de points à la fin du match est déclarée vainqueur. Le classement des équipes est déterminé avec des points, où une victoire donne 3 points, une égalité 1 point, et une défaite 0 point. A la fin du tournoi, l'équipe avec le plus de points est déclarée championne !

But today, after almost 4 years of efforts, we have sufficiently developed the competitive game to launch our first major competition!!! We present you: the MKPC Tri-Nations!! This tournament will be in line with the Mario Kart World Cup on the official games, and will be their equivalent on Mario Kart PC! 8)

Tri-Nations, as the name suggests, will have a total of three national teams. Depending on the evolution of the community and the competitive circle, the participating teams might have to change. The goal is to divide the community into three teams of similar levels of competitiveness.

For this year 2023, the selected teams are :
-France, Mario Kart PC homeland !!!
-the Americas, France's rival continent !!!
-Eurasia, MKPC's last stronghold !!!

Oceanians will have the right to represent Eurasia. Any player from Africa or any non-represented area are allowed to try out with all 3 teams.


Each "country" will have 2 weeks to form an official selection. The selection must meet the following criteria:

-have a "founder/captain" member. Bonus: 1 or 2 "sub-captain" members can be elected
-have a minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 12.
-all members must possess a Discord account and be at least 13 years old (with exceptions).

To be eligible for a national team, a player must meet one of the following criteria:

-their competitive nationality on MKPC must be from a member country of the region they wish to represent (example: being from Canada allows you to represent the Americas).
-he has at least one nationality from a member country of the region he wishes to represent (being binational France-China makes you eligible for France and Eurasia).
-one of his two parents and/or four grandparents has at least one nationality from a member country of the region he wishes to represent.
-it should not already be selected by another team participating in the Tri-Nations.

Representatives will announce their final rosters on the MKPC Pro League Discord server.



The 2023 Tri-Nations format will be:

-the 3 national teams will be united in one group. In this single pool, each team will face the other two twice, for a total of 4 games played, and 6 for the entire tournament.
-the matches will be spread over 3 weeks, with a rhythm of 2 matches per week.
-a Tri Nations match between two teams in a 3-on-3 format. A match is played on 12 races, and the team with the most points at the end of the game is declared the winner. The team rankings are determined with points, where a win gives 3 points, a tie 1 point, and a loss 0 point. At the end of the tournament, the team with the most points is declared champion!

But beforehand, we'll have to launch another season of leagues (MKPC Pro League and MK(O) Pro League).
And if you don't care about clan wars (which is understandable, as it's easier to link yourself with your country than a club), I plan to host a summer series in a few months, with multiple friendlies between national teams Smiley

Ryubix Hello Miles : As explained in the spoiler part of the news : "Oceanians will have the right to represent Eurasia." Therefore, you have the right to be selected as part of Team Eurasia.
Sadly, the tournament started last saturday, so you can't enter this year... But nothing prevents you to reach out to them in the Discord server (their captains are Mudky and Ahmad/ToadBoi), so they can take you to train you for future events ! Smiley

Ancien joueurs de la Xyclonyx que nous avons vu les board et certains temps les temps sont proche de la RF donc pour nous il pourrai venir parmi-nous. Même si il joue léger pour nous ce n'est pas du tous un problème.


Présentation :

Age : 23 ans
Dispo : tous les soirs quasiment.
Semaine : tous les soirs quasiment.

Expérience nombre d'heures/lounge : Gagnant de plusieurs tournoi offline dans le sud ouest, j'affectionne beaucoup plus le compétitif off que on mais je gère bien le leadcall
Pourquoi RF : Faire monter une équipe de divisions de part ce que je peux lui apporter

+ un run plus que correct, un esprit stratégique toujours tournés vers le bien de l'équipe et non l'individualisme.

- Je joue léger donc je me fais bump facilement et je suis repérable sur la Map aussi bien pour mes alliés que pour les ennemis, ça permet de limiter les TKs mais ça permet aussi à mes adversaires de me cibler sans voir mon nom (C'est à double tranchant)

Xyclonyx (Exclu de la team car je jouais Bébé Peach, il n'y a aucune tension entre moi ou d'autres membres de l'équipe, je m'entendais très bien avec tout le monde)
