Why Do Bob-Ombs Have Fuses And Keys? They Should Only Have One Because Having Both Of Them Makes It Easier For Them To Get Destroyed Which Is Probably Not What Bowser Wants (Well, Actually, He Probably Doesn't Care About Them Getting Destroyed)
Maybe that's just for the design... Also, what you're saying doesn't make sense, Bowser wants to use them as things that can explode, notably to cause damage to Mario and other people that try to defy him in person ; he doesn't care about their lives at all, actually. A bit immoral, but way more logical.

64 DS added the Beach stage behind the Rec Room, the extra one in the court yard & then the character unlock ones. Everything else was in the original game. There are some Stars that didn't exist, but everything else is the same.
