What's the Point of the Blooper Item? It Only Effects You. It Has No Effect on the CPU's Driving.
Because this game, like every Mario Kart, is made for you to be playing against real people
What about the old ones where you can't play online and can only play against noobs
They don't have Blooper, it was added in MKW

1. The CPUs can't drift which is crucial, especially against rders
2. They are usually slower
3. The Blooper item barely affects you anyways
