Any course that has a unique theme like Ribbon Road, Waluigi Pinball, or Maple Treeway, as well as a great soundtrack. There are a lot of tracks with both of those, so I won't be very specific with my answer.

Sorry about this, but the translations are busted(for me). What track is Champiville? I can tell that the other 2 are Mushroom something(Bridge & City?) but not the last one.

Hard decision!
Waluigi pinball:
I like the music and overall theme of the track (waluigi)

Maple Treeway:
Like the theme and music, plus its really fun to race on.

Baby park:
Man, this one is just goofy! They just said "oval" and this track was made. Honestly really chaotic and fun!

Moonview Highway:
I was so happy playing Wii during the summer and re-unlocking it in my new save file! Favorite track when I was younger, the music and theme and track itself is fun. What wasn't fun was actually playing this track to complete 100cc but still really fun

Oh yeah, Moonview Highway is a great track that I can see coming back in the DLC. Baby Park is so awesome!!! Doing a loop in the middle of the roller coaster is just amazing! Maple Treeway is very nice, but Waluigi Pinball... What can I say, the track is nice but doesn't feel much like a giant pinball machine...

I hate to say it, but I don't think the DLC will have any city courses outside of the Tour ones. It would be redundant otherwise.

For me it would have to be either Koopa Cape or Maple Treeway (Wii versions ofc), leaning towards Koopa Cape.

Also Waluigi Pinball is nowhere near the best track in all of Mariokart, probably barely top 20 for me.

Super Mario Kart (1992)

In this game, a lot of tracks are flawed, but it's understandable, since it's Mario Kart debuts. Still, some of them are pretty fun. My overall favorite is Mario Circuit 2. There's not any annoying parts in the track, it's not that boring, the layout is pretty interesting, there is a shortcut at the end, that's what I was asking for. It clears everything I wanted, so yes.
Rainbow Road is creative but the 90 degree turns and the lack of barriers had me frustrated many times lol.

Mario Kart 64 (1996)

Yeah, I've been hating on MK64 for a long ride, and you know what? It's time to stop. And it's also time to ping @hoppingicon because we're finally gonna be able to agree on some points. Yay ! My personal favorite ? I don't really know. Koopa Troopa Beach does a very good job and has a few interesting shortcuts, Mario Raceway is actually good, for its age, Wario Stadium is pretty funny even if it's too long, and Yoshi Valley is very original. Though, WS is too long and Yoshi Valley is just pretty meh in terms of gameplay. So it's either Koopa Troopa Beach, for its good job in being a fun beach track, adding shortcuts, ramps and crabs (did I forgot Bathaniel Nandy's rocks/boulders ?) to an already good track, or Mario Raceway, for its fun gameplay without too much flaws ?
Yes it's definitively KTB. While Mario Raceway is fun, it's just not as fun as KTB, but it's still a good job.

Mario Kart : Super Circuit (2001)

Hey hear me out. MKSC is pretty good. The tracks are original, they test out more concepts, more themes. That leaves us with a few good tracks. Riverside Park, which is just a pretty track, Cheese Land which is good, I also like Luigi Circui's originality, even if the gameplay fails miserably. Sky Garden is dope, Cheep Cheep Island can be fun, Ribbon Road is also very creative and challenging, Lakeside Park is just a great track, while Rainbow Road has a fun gimmick.
To me, the best is truly Rainbow Road. I'm really sorry to the other tracks, but I really like the gimmick, the shortcut and the background, and it's better than SNES or N64 (not anorexic, and on the other hand, not too long) versions. The only thing I despise is the music. It just doesn't feels like RR at all and it threw to the trash all the majesty of the N64 music.

Mario Kart : Double Dash !! (2003)

Hey, I love every track in MKDD. So let's quickly try to figure out what's good and what's wrong in each track.
Luigi Circuit has an amazing gimmicks, amazing shortcuts and there isn't any flaws. Peach Beach is very good and it's truly a step from the previous beach tracks (#SuperMarioSunshinePavedTheWay). It truly haves a Gelato Beach ambiance, but it's pretty wide, it could have had obstacles, as umbrellas, on the beach, or huts... but the track was a banger! Baby Park is meh... it's pure chaos but it's still a circle, in a cool theming, but when you think to it it's a ruined potential.
Dry Dry Desert doesn't do much but it's still good. Mushroom Bridge has good shortcuts, good themkng, good execution, it's really good, Mario Circuit is pretty good, it's more creative than previous entries obviously. Waluigi Stadium is fun, but not my personal favorite. Sherbet Land could be good but it's too slippery to be enjoyable. Mushroom City is a banger and it'd not even that confusing. Oh, and Daisy Cruiser is very good, very creative, very fun, it's incredible! I also like Yoshi Circuit, it's creative and cool, DK Mountain is fun and original, Wario Colosseum is very cool but repetitive as well, Dino Dino Jungle is just incredible, Bowser's Castle as well and Rainbow Road above a city, it's beautiful, but it's very hard...
So it's either Rainbow Road, Dino Dino Jungle, Mushroom City/Bridge or Daisy Cruiser.

Wario Stadium may be long but there’s plenty of time to grind a lightning. And then use it on the CPUs on the final lap. That map is too epic.
