yeah I had a similar problem with my multicup of the 8DX Booster Course Pass

it was caused by the image hosting site I used disappearing off the internet, and it lay in a broken state a year.

I recently fixed it (I kept backup images of my tracks on my device), but that's why I only ever made the first four waves.

if you have backups of the images, then you can use a different image hosting site and get it working again. All the walls, checkpoints, etc are still there, only the image broke.

if you don't have backups of the images, you might unfortunately be screwed

it also boosted speeds by one coin, which made a lot of time trial records get beaten

when you are validating a challenge in time trials and you also just set a record it is way too easy to hit "publish challenge" and lose your chance to post the record

it's not that hard to fix this yourself by just formatting the img tag correctly, and also quick mode tiles are useful for more than just quick mode tracks, you can make more complex track shapes using quick mode tiles in an image editor that aren't "hot ass"
