I think Super Horn could be a very good addition. Boo would be pretty unfair and frustrating, but it could be added as a custom item distribution and challenge only item. Lucky 7 and Crazy 8 seem to be too unfitting.

I missed this year's April Fools day in Mario Kart PC (or maybe not, I don't remember). Was there a special prank this time and what it was? Like in 2022 there was Aluigi messing up with everything (but I didn't play nor even know about MKPC) and in 2024 there was the Dark Shell acting like a Blue Shell but attacking the last player in position.

I don't know if this was possible before in Mario Kart PC, but the Blue Shell can now be avoided!
You can dodge in the original games, so it makes sense that's it's been in this game since forever. Remember this site was made by comp players.
Nintendo added Spiny Shell in Mario Kart 64. People liked this game, but really hated addition of this shell. Nintendo has reasons not to remove the Blue Shell, so in later games we can dodge this item by being fast enough. In Mario Kart 8, its Deluxe port and Mario Kart Tour there's the Super Horn which can help with avoiding the infamous shell.
I don't know if the possibility of avoiding the Blue Shell was in Mario Kart PC before, but I remember dodging the shell while playing in Online Mode one day and completing my new challenge in my new track today.
