Wave 4 for the MarioKart 8 Deluxe: Booster Couse Pass was released a few days ago. With the new character and vehicle statistical update, many new combos have been now considered "meta". What are some combos y'all have found to be good?
In the Cat Cruiser, the chassis is medium weight with good speed and acceleration.

What Nintendo Needs to do is Give Luigi a Course. Why does Mario, Wario, Waluigi, Peach, Daisy, and Bowser Get a Course but not Luigi? Sorry for Getting off Topic.
The issue is all of Luigi's tracks are beginner circuits, or invalidated by another course already in this game. There simply isn't a single Luigi track that is remotely useable right now.
GBA Luigi Circuit, or GCN Luigi Circuit. GCN Luigi Circuit can sometimes be Difficult at Times because The 2 Roads are Connected.
But GCN Luigi isn't in Tour. Also that was due to the Special Items in that game promoting chaos.
GBA is invalidated by GBA Mario technically. NOt by theme, but by association. It's a "We already have one, why the other exactly?" situation.

It has to be a Tour city, you zoom out on the rest of them it's just an endless void, pretty much immediately once you leave the normal FOV. Atleast they have somewhere to go besides the course in the Tour cities.
Although the MK8 tracks don't have that iirc, like they've got stuff a decent way out...

I think tracks are done. The only thing I could think of as far as items go is Super Horn, but it'd be very unfair online & potentially you'd never get one(You only have a 5 per cent chance to pull a horn in first place in MK8DX).

That might be very difficult.

You skipped the one actual game that matters, which is Xenoblade Chronicles X. Everything else has been invalidated by Switch anyway. We aren't losing anything besides that.

Yep! Waves 1-3 had 2 cities, Waves 4-6 will have 3 cities. We know 3 of the 6

Don't have anything solid for the last one yet, besides a massive ID gap between Paris Promenade & Singapore Speedway, So the city will be somewhere between Pb-Sg(First 2 letters).
Obviously Tour will still be doing a year or two after the BCP, but I doubt anymore cities are coming after our mystery one(Madrid is the last Wave 5er, Mumbai would be too redundant with Bangkok in back-to-back Waves). So we only need 1 more!
