Predictable
The RetroArchive vid showed up in my recommended, so I said f*ck it and got it over with. It's very fresh and new, with just enough references to tug at some older fans' heart strings, like KatFL. There's one in particular that I'm thinking abput here, but again, no spoilers. Go out and find it yourself!
Unless you meant predictable about Wario & Waluigi, in which case they didn't really belog in this environment. Also many people would rather Wario appear in his own 2D game as a comeback, not a Mario game.

The game is very good, & very much deserving of it's 93 score. The music is great(do ya like clapping?), not too many remixes, but the few are *chess kiss gonna love 'em. the Wonder effects are either goofy asf or hard asf with little to no inbetween.

5Mario Kart Tour course internal names

idk why tour's courses start with mob, super circuit's courses start with agb, and super mario kart's courses start with sfc
MOB is for mobile
AGB is for Advanced Game Boy(probably)
SFC is for Super Famicom, the Japanese(aka REAL) SNES(okay it's not that different of a console, it's just the name)

Best Wave by far, a solid 8/10
Everything was fixed.
Little GBA kiddies can finally accept that Super Circuit was always ass
Koopa Cape is actually one of the best courses in the game to play
Tour cities are bangers as usual
Moonview is actually interesting now thanks to the random dash panels
Squeaky Clean is worse than in Tour, but still great
Daisy Cruiser is chill, as it should be, & very pretty
Sadly no wave will get 10/10 so long as "Super" Circuit is in it. Hopefully Wave 6 seems to be a 9, which is close enough.
If I had a time machine, I'd go back & sue them for false advertising.

They definitely would have done bikes by now if they could have, & it's clear that this game was made to be like Mario Kart 7.5 or something, so that doesn't make sense. Too little, too late.

Why would it suck ?
1. We'd be halfway through the pass with no GCN track
2. I was excited for this wave, it would be the first "screw fanservice" wave we've gotten. The only fanservice track would be 3DS Rainbow Road. No N64 for the childhood nostalgia group, no Wii track to pander to the Wii crowd. A chance to put the spotlight on the other games pre-release.
I couldn't agree more with you, I hate the fanservice tracks, there are way too many forgotten tracks that deserve to see the spolight, or a remake.
Yeah. Like, once the Wave comes out, the other tracks are appreciated, but the focus is on DS/Wii tracks that are good, but pretty much the same as the original. I prefer the redone Super Circuit tracks.

he included mushroom gorge, shroom ridge, volcanic cave and ds rainbow road. funny how mushroom gorge and shroom ridge are actually in mario kart 8 deluxe booster pass, so based on that, I am going to predict volcanic cave and ds rainbow road will be in the booster pass, but not wave 3/4. Prob wave 6, but that's a guess.

Bro, those are custom tracks. They will NOT be in the BCP and have no correlation to anything official. And people going crazy over the Tour ports is bc they're new tracks to a lot of casuals, & it's the first DLC in years. Simple as that.
Because the entire pass is Tour ports? It's not that difficult.

Snow Land is the Holiday course for the year. It'll be in Tour in a month. And Shroom Ridge is also Tour artstyled. Way Tour artstyle. Same for Coconut Mall, which was datamined for Tour from before Wave 1 existed. The whole pass is Tour ports. How is that hard for him to understand?
