These Sirens are Extremely Rare! Only 9, 10, 11, or 12 are Left In existence. All are Inactive, Most are in Private possession. only 8 are LEft Standing. It is Impossible to Find 1 Active.
Still looks like a bomb, and you still could just have 1 singular siren topic to update every time you find a new explosive to list there.

Looked it up. Apparently Chinese doesn't really have an alphabet per say? Not every single one is a letter or something. It'd be difficult to translate, as they all have around 10+ meanings. We could dial it down if we had context, but, like, we don't, so, unless we get a Chinese legend to come look this over, we don't know.

Would I technically be the New owner of The Courses I saved? I have more In My Drive. But I'm wondering If I now Own these Courses.
That's essentially the same thing as stealing the preview images.
I think if you went over everything(change the colours, add stuff etc.) then it would be "yours", but you'd need permission to use them in this state, and permission to remake them if you did go over it. If it was an internet/official(like a Tour map rip) image you wouldn't need permission.

I don't think Tour has MK8 tracks, but I don't play Tour either so IDRK
It doesn't, most likely due to the anti-gravity on most of them. But so much of the antigravity in MK8DX is completely unnecessary, so they could remove it from tracks like Toad Harbor and Thwomp Ruins.

Technically speaking, this track is actually from nowhere. It's a shrunk down reconstruct. It's just themed to look like Yoshi's Island. Same for all the tracks, the courses themselves are still in the Mario World.
Wow, I don't understand your point at all. Are you talking about the models, the theming, the __cpLocation?
This track isn't the actual Yoshi's Island. Saying it's from Yoshi's Island-the game-is factually incorrect. It's a race reconstruct, but not the actual place. Same for all the other non-Mario tracks: they aren't real locations, just based on them.

There shouldn't be any reason for panicing, there's been plenty of time already. It's been a few years, everybody should have what they want by now.
What If They Only Got The System This Year?
1. We know for a fact he didn't get it recently.
2. No sane parent would purchase a 3DS for their kid this late because of how cheap it is. There isn't any saving up money to get one or anything like that required, it's incredibly cheap.
3.They still had 2 months to grab games. And, still, 19 days. The games aren't people who'll be unavailable late at night because they're asleep or anything, they can't go anywhere, or people who can get hurt/be in a grumpy mood & tell you to get lost or anything like that. They'll be available until they aren't, so they still have some time.

Give up. No petition in the world will change anything about this. If it had sold better, we would have had it up longer, but it didn't. There aren't any new games anyway: They expected everyone to have everything they could possibly want already. It has been 10 years, after all. Things come and go: People, trends, pets, technology, everything. This is no different. It's time to move on.

It could Connect with a Nintendo 3DS, You could use Waluigi in Super Mario Maker.

They wanted to take them down nobody is really using them anymore. Even if you bought in 2020, 3+ years was a ton of time, especially since they weren't any new games coming out to worry about which to buy and which to buy later.
You could use 100+ amiibo for Mario Maker, if Waluigi was your favorite part, I literally can't even......
Also all those games can be ported in a month with the proper hardware now.
But anyway, it's no big deal. Consoles come & go. Guess this is your first console death tho. My condolences.
