Booster Course Pass 1st Anniversary!

Today marks one year since the Booster Course Pass DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe released to the general public. Initially met with mass criticism from fans, it has progressively received more praise as more waves released. An interesting purpose of the pass is to preserve every nitro from Mario Kart 9, better known as Mario Kart Tour. Cope.
Anyways, what are your personal opinions on the Booster Course Pass at the moment now that we're one year in? Predictions maybe?

Technically, it's the ONLY anniversary, but otherwise...
The Pass has been pretty good, even back in Wave 1. Dropping out of Tour hurt a lot of people's experiences with the tracks. Those who at least followed/played Tour already had a general idea of what was coming every single time, it was harder to feel outright "disappointed".
The datamines did end up spoiling the remainder of Waves 2,3 & 4. A bit upset about that, but it forced the so called "predictions" to die out nice and quick, rather than letting them reach Smash Bros. levels of "What the Fuck?" It's a bit late for the characters to be added, personally, but the Tour preservation was lacking in that area as well, so it's certainly welcome. Some of the first 16 tracks were jarring to look at, but most of them were beyond saving by a simple GFX update. The music is at least just as great as base game, no more stupid MIDI.
The rebalance was super random, and isn't a Tour thing. Everything else: Tracks, Custom Items, Characters, Quick Item Respawn, Trick off everything, Lightning doesn't Stop Gliding---All very Tour things, yet this one, somehow, wasn't. It still bugs me to this day.
As for predictions, there still isn't much wiggle room. But I have a couple I'm expecting to see.

Tour Sinister Track? Why Do You Think That? Which Filename Says ST Or Something?
None. But it's the second to last track in the whole game. The only thing that precedes a Rainbow Road is usually a Bowser Track. And we haven't had a single one so far in this Pass, which is really weird, so I thought it'd make some sense. They wouldn't add one if they have a Tour track that does similar things. That's why Daisy Hills, Cheep Cheep Lagoon, Shy Guy Bazaar etc. aren't in. They already have something similar getting in; it'd be awful if you have identical tracks coming into your DLC.

Why do old objects consistently look like bombs?
Anyway, you could as well just make a single topic for your sirens, y'know. Like, a Siren Finding something, idk any catchy names. Just using one topic instead of opening one for each.

These Sirens are Extremely Rare! Only 9, 10, 11, or 12 are Left In existence. All are Inactive, Most are in Private possession. only 8 are LEft Standing. It is Impossible to Find 1 Active.
Still looks like a bomb, and you still could just have 1 singular siren topic to update every time you find a new explosive to list there.

Looked it up. Apparently Chinese doesn't really have an alphabet per say? Not every single one is a letter or something. It'd be difficult to translate, as they all have around 10+ meanings. We could dial it down if we had context, but, like, we don't, so, unless we get a Chinese legend to come look this over, we don't know.

Would I technically be the New owner of The Courses I saved? I have more In My Drive. But I'm wondering If I now Own these Courses.
That's essentially the same thing as stealing the preview images.
I think if you went over everything(change the colours, add stuff etc.) then it would be "yours", but you'd need permission to use them in this state, and permission to remake them if you did go over it. If it was an internet/official(like a Tour map rip) image you wouldn't need permission.

I don't think Tour has MK8 tracks, but I don't play Tour either so IDRK
It doesn't, most likely due to the anti-gravity on most of them. But so much of the antigravity in MK8DX is completely unnecessary, so they could remove it from tracks like Toad Harbor and Thwomp Ruins.

Technically speaking, this track is actually from nowhere. It's a shrunk down reconstruct. It's just themed to look like Yoshi's Island. Same for all the tracks, the courses themselves are still in the Mario World.
Wow, I don't understand your point at all. Are you talking about the models, the theming, the __cpLocation?
This track isn't the actual Yoshi's Island. Saying it's from Yoshi's Island-the game-is factually incorrect. It's a race reconstruct, but not the actual place. Same for all the other non-Mario tracks: they aren't real locations, just based on them.
