Square tracks are the default QM circles mostly, super spammable. Unless it's very inapproriate, squares are allowed, but probably just 1/5'd because BOREDOM.

It's hitting someone on the head because they acted dumb.  Putting the brain in a state of non-lethal pain(like slapping your face rough) forces the brain to work(register the pain in this case). Yeah, because they need Gameboy and Gameboy Advance to actually catch up first? It's not like the differences from the first 2 games are drastic or anything, they all play roughly the same, you don't really need them all at once.

Uh, just because they don't have a product doesn't automatically make them bankrupt. They have approximately 37 years of doing nothing at all and would still be in the Green. Also, you market things that are making money, and 3DS and WiiU aren't making anything, nor made any substantial amount in the first place, so yeah they'd save the good stuff for their current console. It's like a family: you can't give your dead kids anything in your will, they're already dead, by default, the living member would get it.

Legal is a bit of a stretch, unauthorized IP usage does exist. We could get C&Ded if the site gets insanely popular.

While not against the law, I don't think the use of the characters and so on is authorized. It could get C&Ded whenever some official stumbles across it. Don't think we're big enough to get spotted yet though, unless they have somebody actively searching it up everyday to get people. But no, it's free, and there's no download or anything, it's not a ROM hack or mod or anything, so no, not really illegal. It is unauthorized use of their IP, it is a fangame, but as long as we don't blow up suddenly and have a million plus users and stuff, and they don't go searching it up, or if somebody sends them an email with a link, it shouldn't get C&Ded. But it totally could at any second. Hopefully we'll stay undetected. This has been up for a few years, although that doesn't mean it's protected.

In any case, there was DK cartoon, and he spoke there. Also, a lot of other people have problems with the movie too, and I don't really mean the Pratt voice anymore. More like the film's runtime being kinda short, the constant change of the release, it was supposed to be December, they pushed it back to April 20th, brought it forward to 15th, really stressful to time this for parents if they don't have a straight date. Even then, these problems are still fairly subjective. Animated movies typically don't last that long, it'll be showing over and over and over again for a few months, likely every other day at your local theatre for a week or two, etc.

I don't want to sound rude here, but, you're sister is older than you. Statistically speaking, it is highly likely that she's knows more than you do in any area. If you two were randomly selected, 9/10 says she's likely to be more informed in everything, let alone she's almost an adult legally. At a glance, if someone had to pick who they think would know more about XYZ, without any prior knowledge or anything, they'd pick her, unless she's super short and could pass off as an 11 year old without her ever speaking or anything like that. Let me tell you, from experience-well, not my own, I'm the oldest here, even then you have other older family members anyways? But in a SIBLINGS ONLY situation, from other people's perspectives(namely my little brother), if somebody older than you disagrees with you on a subject, you're probably wrong. You could be entirely right, but statistically speaking, without any prior context or info, she probably knows better. Just something to consider, y'know.

How old is this "brother" of yours? Because I know my brothers would argue noncessantly over something like this for ages, if I told them that these are the "problems" I have with the movie. Add your sister too. It'd be interesting to know if she's older than you......

Let's see what's cooking today, shall we?

First and formost, everyone can use Fire Flowers in Mario Kart.
Second, the only reason DK has never used one in a game before is because he isn't in any of the games.
Third, it's a goddamn movie. Everyone needs a voice.
Fourth, they don't have every Mario Kart character. Rosalina, Birdo, Toadette, DK Jr, R.O.B, King Boo, Petey Piranha, Honey Queen, Wiggler, Metal Mario, Pink Gold Peach, the Babies, the Koopalings, Bowser Jr, Monty Mole, I could go on and on. Heck, DAISY, an actually semi-important character in the Mushroom Kingdom, isn't here either.
Fifth, this is before the games. Technically, it's between Yoshi's Island and Super Mario Bros 1. Mario never met Peach, he has no reason to save her yet. And, as you can probably tell with kids movies having a predictable script, Peach gets captured in the endgame and Mario will have to save them both in the finale.
Sixth, YES, Lumas are dark by their very nature. They literally DIE in both Galaxy games. When they turn into planets, Launch Stars, Pull Stars, Life Mushrooms? They fucking DIE. And they literally sack themselves for their mom, all the time. They're like Gardevoir, they don't fear death.
Seventh, Wario and Waluigi aren't known for being in Mario Kart, Wario is known for being Mario's opposite, his love of garlic, Bob-ombs, money, and WarioWare. Waluigi isn't known, at all. Fixed it.
Eighth, Mario is still just a fucking New Yorker at this point. I dare you to find something in New York that prompts you to shout "Yahoo" and nothing else for the rest of your life.
Ninth, It's a movie, they can't be silent. It's hard to express the character's ideals and motivations if they just sit there and growl. They can't make a joke, either, which is crucial in kids' movies.
Tenth, what you have chosen to highlight is Peaches' Castle and it's surrounding area. Not the entirety of the Mushroom Kingdom.
Eleventh, Mario 64 is too old to have had all that detail going on in the first place. There are plenty of Mushrooms in the New Bros. Games, 1-4 or 1-5 are always full of them, you're just choosing a level instead of the world map. And please, explain why Odyssey's Mushroom Kingdom is a floating island??? Seriously? It's a different timeline, things won't add up 100% of the time, and the games minimize what's happening OUTSIDE of the game's playable areas, it's a game, they can't waste time on stuff no one will ever see.
Twelfth(???), we haven't seen everything, they could be saving things for an obvious sequel, or he could just be FUCKING DEAD.
Thirteenth, Toadette is again, very special, could be a sequel thing, or just we haven't seen it yet.
Fourteenth, for absolute crying the hell out loud, Yoshi's have been confirmed to appear. The one's who saved Baby Mario are dead. We'd be meeting the new Yoshis from Mario World and onward, they don't know Mario YET. Almost everything you have an issue with hinges on the fact that NOBODY KNOWS WHO MARIO IS YET. Can't you see that?
Fifteenth, Wario and Waluigi would also be living in New York, obviously. You expect Mario's cousin to be in the Mushroom Kingdom before him?
Sixteenth, Mario has said, over and over, "I'd do anything to save my brother". Don't know if your ears were offline every single time he's said it, but trust me, they know that they are brothers. They're twins, dammit, it's impossible for them not to have that twin connection going on at all times. That was the whole point of Yoshi's Island, for god's sake.
Seventeenth, the Spinies were introduced in Mario Bros. 3, the play. The fake game. The not real experience. Spinies are not normal creatures, bozo. Lakitu has to throw them for them to do anything. It's very probable Bowser has never met one, since Lakitu is the one in charge of them. Think of Lakitu as a Commander in the Koopa Army. Bowser tells Lakitu to deal with the Bros, and that's it. Lakitu can do as he pleases. Did you ever notice that Spinies aren't used anywhere Lakitu isn't? There his underlings, his personal pocket of warriors. Bowser doesn't know jack about them, it makes perfect sense.
