I want R.O.B. back. He may have been out of place in Mario Kart DS, but Nintendo has a few non-Mario Characters in Mario Kart 8 so why not bring back the first non-Mario Character into the series.

I guess Donkey Kong Jr. He's only in Super Mario Kart, and he's arguably the best character there. He was planned for MKDD, and was cut near the end of coding the game, so it would be nice to see him in newer graphics.

Tbh I'd say R.O.B. The character might not be from Mario, but it's still an important character in Nintendo's history/success. He deserves more than being an annoying character in smash, so putting him back in MK would work great
