Actually, you'll get nothing, you are not forced to play every week!
But that would means your team will miss you for that specific match. The objective of the Pro League is to be present as much as possible for your team.

Si vous êtes nouveaux sur le jeu, voici une petite explication de la MKPC Pro League:
-la MKPC Pro League est le tout premier championnat officiel sur Mario Kart PC, inauguré en mai 2020 par @Ryubix, afin de fêter les 10 ans du site. Contrairement à la plupart des tournois, la Pro League se joue en équipes (appelés "clans" ou encore "clubs" ). Chaque équipe qui participe est approuvée par le staff, et est composée d'au moins 6 joueurs avant le lancement du championnat. Lors de la saison, chaque équipe est amenée à jouer 2 fois contre chacune des autres équipes qui prennent part à la compétition. La ligue avance au rythme d'un match par semaine, joués en général le samedi.
-un match de Pro League oppose deux équipes, dans un format 3 contre 3. Un match se joue sur 12 courses, et l'équipe qui possède le plus de points à la fin du match est déclarée vainqueur. Le classement des équipes est déterminé avec des points, où une victoire donne 3 points, une égalité 1 point, et une défaite 0 point. A la fin de la saison régulière, les équipes se qualifient pour la finale à élimination directe du championnat!
-la saison se scinde en deux parties : d'abord une saison régulière, où chaque équipe jouera 2 fois chaque autre équipe du championnat (pour un total de 4 matchs en 6 semaines). A la fin de la saison régulière, les équipes classées 2ème et 3ème se qualifient pour la demi-finale du championnat, tandis que l'équipe classée 1ère avance directement pour la finale.
-le but de la Pro League est de développer le côté compétitif du jeu. Ainsi, les joueurs débutants comme vétérans peuvent se retrouver au cours d'un tournoi où chacun peut devenir plus fort! Afin de situer le niveau de tout le monde, chaque joueur qui participe à la ligue se voit attribuer un statut, déterminé en fonction de son niveau de jeu, allant Tier D de Tier S. Ce statut peut changer à n'importe quel moment en fonction de vos performances.
Pour cette saison 4 (qui est aussi la 1ère édition jouée en 2022), plusieurs changements vont êtres apportés à la ligue. D'abord, les équipes qui vont participer aux championnat ont étés choisies avant même l'annonce de la ligue au public. A l'inverse des 3 saisons précédentes, cette saison comprendra un total de seulement 3 équipes en raison de la baisse d'activité sur le jeu. Les équipes sont les suivantes:

After 1 year and a half of waiting, the most prestigious tournament of Mario Kart PC makes its big comeback with a season 4!

If you are new to the game, here is a small explanation on how the MKPC Pro League works:
-the MKPC Pro League is the very first official championship on Mario Kart PC, inaugurated in May 2020 by @Ryubix, to celebrate the website’s 10th anniversary. Unlike most tournaments, the Pro League is played in teams (called "clans" or "clubs" ). Each team that participates was approved earlier by the staff, and will be composed of at least 6 players before the launch of the championship. During the season, each team is required to play twice against each of the other teams that take part in the competition. The league advances at the pace of one game per week, usually played on Saturday.
-A Pro League game is played between two teams in a 3 vs 3 format. A game is played in 12 races, and the team with the most points at the end of the game is declared the winner. The team standings are determined with points, where a win gives 3 points, a tie 1 point, and a defeat 0 point. The team with the most points at the end of the season is declared MKPC Pro League Champion!
-The season is divided into two parts: first a regular season, where each team will play each other team in the championship twice (for a total of 4 games in 6 weeks). At the end of the regular season, the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams qualify for the semi-final of the championship, while the 1st ranked team advances directly to the final.
-the goal of the Pro League is to develop the competitive side of the game. Thus, beginner and veteran players can find themselves in a tournament where everyone can become stronger! In order to situate the level of everyone, each player who participates in the league is given a status, determined according to his skill level, going from Tier D to Tier S. This status can change at any time depending on your performance.
For this season 4 (which is also the 1st edition played in 2022), several changes will be made to the league. First of all, the teams that will participate in the championships were chosen even before the announcement of the league to the public. As opposed to the previous 3 seasons, there will be a downgrade of only 3 teams participating in this season’s Pro League, following a lack of activity in competitive MKPC. The teams are as follows:
During this season, the teams will be balanced thanks to a draft organized on the MKPC PRO League's Discord server. The Draft will start when we have enough players registered.

It is because when I the flags update was made for MKPC, Wargor, the creator, used an old database and gain time (doing every automatically, instead of adding all the +200 flags manualyl by himself), and it created some errors and mistakes, as the databased doesn't really matched the list of contries database he also used at that time.
Ex : Burma/Myanmar flag is not the current day's one

What is editor mode? Sorry I'm new here 
Editor mode is where you create tracks for race mode and battle mode, you can create 2 types: simplified where you create simple and easy races, and complete, where you manage everything and every bit of your custom track. You can share them to everyone on mkpc.
