The best thing to do is to ignore them, although teaching them a lesson isn't necessarily bad lol. Maybe they're just trolls. I mean, I wouldn't leave just because they told me to fuck off. Do I care? No. I'm willing to lose my time for people that want civil debates, not just random insults. So sure, they make the chat toxic, but is there a way to stop them ? Not really.

Don't worry, people like that are punished by our team very often, and most of them are banned (either permanently or for a limited time).
A few always manage to pass through the net, but overall, most people get what they deserve, as we can see the history of messages sent.
