Man, Roblox sucks, doesn't it?

I logged into Roblox this morning, and got a message that my behavior is a violation of the Terms of Use. I also got something saying that I used something copyrighted. So I'm not allowed to make a "Mario Kart" game, but somebody else is? 'Cause I didn't do anything to deserve this. I know MKPC isn't the best place to complain about this, but I don't have any other social media. Sorry, but Mario Kart Roblox GP is no more.

That's just Roblox afraid of Nintendo copyrighting them. It's not what Roblox wants to do.

I may have many good memories on Roblox (I'd say it's probably my most played game as of writing this, although that statistic has more likely than not been lost to time), but man it's not a good platform anymore.
I can probably count on one hand the amount of games that I actively enjoy playing now. Everything else either isn't for me (seeing as I'm not the target audience anymore), resembles a games that already exists, or just doesn't work anymore due to Roblox's cavalier attitude towards updates at all costs.
It's a damn shame too, I think it had serious potential to be as respected as Minecraft is nowadays but the games are increasingly becoming pay-to-win with the removal of tickets and many of the popular games I feel have no actual gameplay, it's just a social gathering. There are still good games on the platform but you really have to search for them.
My personal recommendation probably goes to Lab Experiment, with honorable mentions to Bee Swarm Simulator and Washington, District of Columbia.

Former Roblox player here. I played Roblox between 2014-2020. And yeah, Roblox really isn't that good anymore. I think 2015-2016 was the golden age of Roblox. 2017 was also good, but after that, it really dropped from there. The removal of TIX was slightly part of it, but my main problem is the amount of young people and TikTokers that have joined. Everybody used to be so friendly during that golden age, but right when I quit Roblox, it was so toxic. There was a reason I only had 15 friends.

Like Wazz said, it's a shame too. The game did rival Minecraft at one point, but now the popularity has really dropped off. Also like Wazz said, most popular games just seem like social gatherings now. *cough cough Adopt Me cough cough*

My personal favorites are:
Bee Swarm Simulator
Emergency Response: Liberty County
Jailbreak (the first two years it was out)
Welcome To Bloxburg (the house building is really cool, I created a lot of cool buildings)

Update: I made shirts and pants for knockoff characters like Luigi and Peach, and Roblox deemed them inappropriate, blaming me for, "simulating nudity and undergarments." This is what they look like.

I think Roblox is not bad,it has some cool games like Super Power Tycoon,Roblox is extremely fun!

Problem is: The coolest games are buried under piles of miles of total rubbish.

Roblox is calling them "Experiences" now, just so it can stay on the google store. I understand their change in terminology, though (judging by how there are RPs abundant as well).
