Can someone explain to me why @iron_man21 was banned? I was looking at his profile to see the "unlicensed" and reloaded the page and said "this account was banned" I was shocked!

Yes, but who(admin/mod) gave him 1 point? Wouldn't it be the one who gave the point? Shouldn't there be a warning at least? Or was he trafficking free points to people?
