The lightning cloud, I hate it when I get it. But, it can make people rage in just the same way as the blue shell if you pass it on to someone.

Yes, that's a stupid item but you can use it goodly with some skill. But in one game, a guess star item is good. I think that don't have to appears anymore.^^

It can be a useful item to take shortcuts but the mechanics are broken and this item is pretty annoying actually ngl
