Um... I think there was an unused city course for Mario Kart Tour.
As you can see, the city courses are seen on the top of the globe. Obviously Piranha Plant Slide is at the far right. But, if you look at what's in front of Luigi, there seems to be a city desert course planned ever since the game's launch. So maybe Cairo was going to be playable, even in the Booster Course Pass. Welp, Mario Kart Tour is dying now, and the course never got a chance. Anyways this is what the name could've been:

place down a single item box, right click the square that indicates where you placed it and select "Double item" (or whatever the option is called i forgot)

this has been a known bug for around 3 or 4 years now
