There's no point as we have complete mode and can make them ourselves and it would force Wargor to spend time making tracks when he could make other things that more people would like or would allow for better tracks to be made of these tracks without him having to make the tracks.

I personally believe that the arcade games are a much better experience because its more fun when you have to use your feet and steer but that doesn't mean they are the better games.
After the bcp I think mk8dx is the best Mario kart game from sheer volume of tracks and characters and the controls + items are also good.

Delfino square is pretty nice but the houses are a bit too close and the streets too narrow.

Personally I believe that no new tracks should be added because we can make out own, but some new items can be added such as the super feather, coin and maybe the fire flower.

It might be a bit too complex and there's no real point to it as it's only visible for a few seconds and does not affect gameplay at all, only being graphical.
Even if its just 2 sprites for winning and 2 for losing that would mean wargor would need to make 4 more sprites for every character and all the custom characters wouldn't have any at first.
