So are You Saying Christmas Songs aren't as Good as They Used to?
I like the songs themselves, but I just feel like everyone's capitalizing on covers instead of writing their own stuff. Turn on any Christmas radio station for 4-8 hours, and you'll know what I mean.

I love Christmas, but MY GOD, the music has no variety.
I work Tuesday and Thursday evenings at a grocery store, and they recently put on a Christmas station as expected. It was fine for 40 minutes, then every other song was another version of a song I had already heard. The worst offender? When I walked into the store on Tuesday, they were playing the most awful rendition of I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus. I was relieved when it was over, but then at 6:50 (pm) they played that exact same cover again. AND THEN THE JACKSON 5 VERSION 10 MINUTES LATER!
I remember being a kid and watching all those cheesy holiday specials of my favorite TV shows. I'm talking Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas, Heartswarming Eve, that Fresh Beat Band episode where everyone's turned into a toy. Were they corny because they were made for kids? Of course! But did they have original songs that were bangers? Definitely. You know you're doing bad when I'd rather watch these shows at 16 instead of listening to Sirius XM.

Welp, there goes any reason for me to play Tour anymore. I've played every Tour from the game's 4th year, so what's the point anymore? They couldn't even afford to make new Tours from old content?

So I just finished watching the Mario Movie a minute or two ago at the time of writing, and oh boy, it was incredible... except for the parts that weren't.
Strong parts:
• There were a TON of references to the games.
• Jack Black is the only person who should ever be allowed to voice Bowser ever again.
• The Blue Shell guy was lore I never would've expected if I didn't read the plot months before watching.
• I really enjoyed Mario's character development, and Peach being a complete badass. That being said...
Weak points:
• Peach did way more than Mario did.
• Chris Pratt did a decent Mario impression while Seth Rogan didn't even try as Donkey Kong.
• The pacing felt kinda weird, I don't know how to describe it.
• The music choice was awful.
• While it had a lot of funny moments, most of it was just, "You were expecting this? Well not today!"
Overall, I'd give the movie a 4/5.

Over the summer, I'm gonna temporarily return to my popular reality TV fanfic series before I start my probably-frustrating senior year. I have 3 options that I've had for a long time.
Toad-al Drama Revival: A return to Camp Yobishiko with 12-17 new characters competing, fixing the mistakes of the two back-to-back failures that were Inferno and Hectic Holiday.
Mario Survivor Reboot: A complete reboot of my Mario Survivor series featuring 14 OCs competing, alongside a game-changing twist.
Mushroom Big Brother: A format I advertised once before I completely gave up. This will feature 10 OCs playing a game that's never been adapted on the forum before.
I posted this announcement here because I don't wanna make a new topic for every time I create a fanfic fan vote that nobody participates in. I did it once, and got the above results. Vote below for which of these I should write.

Reprise des Défis Extrêmes de Lakitu : Un retour au Camp Yobishiko avec 12 à 17 nouveaux personnages en compétition, corrigeant les erreurs des deux échecs consécutifs qu'étaient Inferno et Hectic Holiday.
Mario Koh-Lanta Reboot : Un redémarrage complet de ma série Mario Koh-Lanta mettant en vedette 14 personnages en compétition, accompagné d'une touche qui change la donne.
Champi Big Brother : Un format dont j'ai fait la publicité une fois avant d'abandonner complètement. Il s'agira de 10 OC jouant à un jeu qui n'a jamais été adapté sur le forum auparavant.
J'ai posté cette annonce ici parce que je ne veux pas créer un nouveau sujet à chaque fois que je crée un vote de fanfic auquel personne ne participe. Je l'ai fait une fois et j'ai obtenu les résultats ci-dessus. Votez ci-dessous pour lequel de ceux-ci je devrais écrire.
