Yeah I think I'll probably get bashed by Cinnamon again for mentioning the downsides of someone else, but you know what I don't care. And I am writing this out of genuine worry, not anger or anything. So let's get started.
But anyways, let's chronologically start with the beginning.
The beginning : your typical MKPCian
We all start our journey here as a random member. Nobody knows much about us, and we haven't revealed much of ourselves yet. Well Max kind of looked like that. He arrived in a wave of French people arriving (Yascamer, Jey, Tiger21, Gamerlion etc.) He was your typical Muse fan and was very chill, very calm. You could not tell it's the same person as today sometimes.
At that time, he had trouble having opinions on things and tend to look tense whenever Jey and me fought since we both were his friends. He seemed embarrassed and clueless about what to say or do...
Over the summer, him, me, and Nudge argued with Tendo. In September, applications had to be made to choose new staff members. He applied and got chosen.

Nitpicking and dickeating : the role of the reactions throughout the nitpick era, and how it went
Max got admin. That would be a great thing, since he proved he could be active. It all went well until a problem started. In July, us, the trio of "unofficial moderators" started to develop a nitpick side, notably with Tendo going around. It only got worse. When Max got admin, Nudge started to lose that role a bit, but we weren't done. We started saying useless message everywhere we saw one, hence contributing to the spam overall. It also influenced other people through it, since Max was a moderator. You can see me, Nudge and Max upping each other's messages, and us facepalming, for example, Tendo messages. This kept on going until one man arrived...
Pianta, the birth of a non-ending situation between him and Max
When Pianta arrived, we all saw him as agressive, but looking back then, it was more that his views differentiated with ours, thus creating a conflict. Our mentality is very different from Pianta's one, which created a permanent problem, notably because sometimes Pianta criticized me or something. And knowing how protective Max was, he sadly wasn't going to let that slide. Perpetually, it became worse, until Tox calmed the situation.
Pianta was the wrong person at the wrong place in the wrong moment. Max's hard job started to take a toll on him, creating a burnout in his mind faster than your usual admin - and Pianta came here, being brutally honest, saying things as they are, having completely different views... and that's when I started to get anxiety in real life, so I acted in a dumb way too, tbh it was just not the right moment for anyone. barriers weren't helping. Many times Pianta and I got lost in a case where one thinks of the other as agressive while no, the language is just that way.
But that destroyed Max's confidence. And it's not Pianta's fault, although sometimes his rudeness could have been unhelpful, and quite harming in a way. That being because Max got IRL problems.

The problem with now is that he has many scars and wounds mentally, which creates a vicious circle, because he tends to take offense in a lot of things, notably things that aren't even about him, but about me. He had a bad lounge this afternoon, and was visibly pissed off by that. We were praising Drizzer but out of nowhere he said "okay but normally I completely win him out (in an arrogant from, language barriers ugh) so if I don't win against him there is a problem". This annoyed me and Fways, so we argued for a long time, and Drizzer told him "well, play to have fun and for yourself" and at that moment Max yelled that it wasn't funny and all of that stuff. Another example is when we told him, me and Fways, that it was invasive and that we didn't need to know who rated what, and he took thar as being "destroyed while trying to help". He also has this victim behavior, and I am not saying that to make fun of him, because I have it as well. This feeling of being the victim of people around. Trying to guilt trap. Feeling while people are assholes at you while you're only trying to help. He probably does all of that unconsciously, since he already told us he both feels like shit and that he feels mad at what is happening to him at the same time, which creates this weird and tense Max.
Conclusion
Max, I know you take your job seriously and stuff, but you need a break out of here urgently. You show many signs of burn-out. I see you in many arguments and situations that are generally truly meaningless. The website won't die anyways. We also need new moderators, because the two active ones both have a solid problem, Max lacking confidence in his decisions and burning out, while Tox is screwed over with the timezones, asleep when everyone is awake and awake when everyone is asleep.

On the subject of new moderation, I have found something interesting. Summer is coming, which means that I am gonna come back on Discord and reach the required age to be a staff member. My evolution will likely be faster, and will maybe help me reach themzturity level we need for this job. Nudge has less feelings, which is perfect to objectively judge a situation. His mathematical intelligence would help him taking the smartest choices. If I was an admin I would probably follow my feelings and use emotional intelligence since I have got a lot. We could complete each other with both qualities than an admin needs.
Plus we have tried to leave this many times, but not succeeding at it at all, and we have been active since we were even here. I also got experience, since I was here since June 2020 (yesterday was my "bday"
and I think it could be interesting to consider it once we have both matured enough.

Didn't see Cinnamon's statement, I need to post a response about it.
I have sensitivity towards others, don't say things like that, it makes me look heartless when I try to be understanding. You just didn't see the website in end 2022-now where many low points were seen, I had a hard time trying to help the website stay as good as it could, I wasn't perfect and I did many mistakes on my way, and I recognized them, and I learnt with time. I'm burnt out recently, so of course I am gonna be more agressive in my responses. Saying I have no sensitivity towards other because I had enough of the orchid-Jey situation is mean. I had enough because it is the episode 2 of something that started when you weren't there. You missed many things while being gone, so our perspectives are different and you lack some of the context. I actually do have a lot of sensitivity towards other members, you don't know that I defended people that many were going harsh on, trying to see it from their perspective, and I did that many times, I try to comfort people, and it's not always easy, trust me. What I said about you was scratching old wounds and I'll give you that, okay I'll stop talking about your past. But you're arriving right now, acting like you were a peace bringer, you're playing it maturely etc. so sure it's a good way to act, but try to see it from our perspective, because you don't have enough context to really give 100% consistent statements rn.

To me, having a flag isn't necessary like most people from that community believe. It is just showing off and doing exhibition about your gender identity. Now I am not saying people should hide themselves like jews during World War 2, I am saying it is just mere exhibition and that it is purely superficial. One's feelings is something deeper than just walking around the streets during Pride Month while wearing rainbow flags etc. It is also your business, you can tell some of your close friends about it, but you do not need to talk about it everytime, and that brings us to our next subject, which is gonna be,
Stop identifying as the "local gay kid"
By that I mean that you don't need to make it your whole personnality - you shouldn't. Your gender identity is a part of you, but it is not you as a person. I got adopted at birth. I am not the adopted child. I am considered as someone very sensitive, goofy, but also smart at times and very kind hearted. That is my personnality in real life. People do not see me as the local gay, kpop, adopted kid, they see me as what I am, and I am happy about that. Stop bragging about your personal choices. Be proud of yourself and just look at yourself in a positive way. You don't need others to always back you up in your choices. If you want to be anything in that community (and I am going to put a warning here, I am not talking about incest, pedophilia, and zoophilia) then so be it. And be proud of yourself ! But being proud of yourself does not mean always showing off and always talking about it. It is not necessary.

LGBTQ people can be pressured due to the violent homophobia there is in a lot of places across the world, straight people can be pressured because they wonder if they still fit in, and people that follow a religion have to follow rules, and can also be humiliated and rejected, I have seen a hijabi girl the other day on my fyp page, and she showed that many people told her she was worthless because she was not properly wearing it when she just started to try to wear it. Religious people also tell themselves that God (I don't know the different names) doesn't want them, but that means that they might have put all of their dedication into serving God, and then other people telling them that they fail at it, that God doesn't want them etc. Nobody has no struggles to live with. The way to overcome the struggles is supporting each other, not complaining about yourself and then let out your anger on another category of people, baqically creating a vicious circle.

He does not send threats, he does not insult me or anything - no. He lives with it. He is against what I do and even what I am, but he still treats me with respect and in a friendly way. And he is a teenager. He's not a fucking grown up, that shows everyone can do it, and it's easy. With the religions, with the faiths, with everything, the LGBTQ community cannot realistically receive everyone's support, so let's start with basic respect, because some people can't even get that step so far, so we are here for a long while...

A straight parade did happen once and I am just going to say ; straight people are not pressured. LGBTQ+ people going on social media and showing off their gender identity does not mean they aren't a minority. There's lots of straight people around here, and nobody pressures them to be gay or whatever. Sometimes they act in a way that people will make jokes about, but I do not believe they are pressured. As every homophobic person is obviously straight, and there is a lot so...
They probably have their struggles though. Will I fit in as a "classic straight person" ? Etc. Which brings us to the next subject,

Just saying. I met a Christian girl the other day. She was whining on the streets and making a scene out of herself, saying she was pressured for some reason that I forgot. That same girl was seen elsewhere, preaching homophobic values and calling it the wish of God. What do I mean ? Well, de all have our struggles, let's accept it. LGBTQ people can be pressured due to the violent homophobia there is in a lot of places across the world, straight people can be pressured because they wonder if they still fit in, and people that follow a religion have to follow rules, and can also be humiliated and rejected, I have seen a hijabi girl the other day on my fyp page, and she showed that many people told her she was worthless because she was not properly wearing it when she just started to try to wear it. Religious people also tell themselves that God (I don't know the different names) doesn't want them, but that means that they might have put all of their dedication into serving God, and then other people telling them that they fail at it, that God doesn't want them etc. Nobody has no struggles to live with. The way to overcome the struggles is supporting each other, not complaining about yourself and then let out your anger on another category of people, baqically creating a vicious circle.

Well, you have it. As a man who spent hours scrolling through the comments, the comment sections there are always very homophobic and one-sided. Technically, there's no justification for them to wish death upon others etc. They can do it at home, personnally - but they decide to post it on social media - and they post hatred publicly. And at that very moemnt, even religious beliefs, etc. Can't save them. They knew they were posting this. They deserve to be reported. Most homophobic people are also arrogant alpha males, which is another problem of the current society. They are arrogant, think of themselves as way better than the other, they are influencing a new generation of confused men, they are misogynistic, stupid, annoying, self-contradicting and rude. They have no originality. It's always "W [country who kills homosexuals]" or " My respect for [...] 📈" truly ridiculous. Anyways, that's it for today lol. Why the pride flag does not matter to me
To me, having a flag isn't necessary like most people from that community believe. It is just showing off and doing exhibition about your gender identity. Now I am not saying people should hide themselves like jews during World War 2, I am saying it is just mere exhibition and that it is purely superficial. One's feelings is something deeper than just walking around the streets during Pride Month while wearing rainbow flags etc. It is also your business, you can tell some of your close friends about it, but you do not need to talk about it everytime, and that brings us to our next subject, which is gonna be,
Stop identifying as the "local gay kid"
By that I mean that you don't need to make it your whole personnality - you shouldn't. Your gender identity is a part of you, but it is not you as a person. I got adopted at birth. I am not the adopted child. I am considered as someone very sensitive, goofy, but also smart at times and very kind hearted. That is my personnality in real life. People do not see me as the local gay, kpop, adopted kid, they see me as what I am, and I am happy about that. Stop bragging about your personal choices. I don't really know what to say lol, I just want to share thoughts and to keep the channel going, and to make myself sleep because I don't think I will fall asleep as of right now. There's chances that I won't log out during the whole week (weekend excluded), so I wanted to discuss for a bit. Various themes.
How to properly deal with an argument : nothing is black and white !
I've been included in IRL arguments for the past few weeks, and when I was locked at home during my March's Covid lockdown, I learnt more about diverse kpop scandals, and I can tell you that there's only one way to pick sides. First, if it doesn't affect you, try to interact as less as possible ; but anyways, try to dissect the bullshit first. People are snarky. If they see a story going on, they will be tempted to bring their own cherry to the cake, which means spreading more rumors and misinformation. 2ndly, no version of a story is 100% correct ! There's very accurate versions sometimes, but it is hard to get, since the people directly involved in it are gonna be biased and be specifically focused on the other side's bullshit while external people won't necessarily get every of the facts that help dissecting the bullshit. Plus misinterpretation is a thing too, and it especially affects people when language barriers step in. For some people speaking that language, it doesn't seem too harsh, but for other people, it might sound so, and its also possible to misinterpret what people say, hence why stories are that complicated.
Social media, the truth behind it
I am saying that as a person who is always going here, which can be considered as a social media. Anyways. Some people on social media tend to come because they cant really make a life for themselves IRL, so they come here to interact with people, frequently etc. But social media is extremely judgemental ! Especially because it's a place where you can find a lot of teenagers. Adolescence is a hole in the lives of everyone, you're walking under the bombs and the line between the Good Boy and the Gone Bad (TXT reference?) is always very thin. So social media is a judgemental place, and if you don't meet other people' expectations, then here goes the backlash ! Man... you're either too skinny, too fat... if you're sensitive, you are a crybaby, if you're confident, you're a bitch, if you're cute, you're a pick me... you will never meet all of those expectations ! And even if you do, well... you'll be insecure too !
Yes, so drop your makeup pot and listen here because that's a complex one.
All of those "perfect people" considered as kings, queens and all the bullshit you want. They are actually the same, crying themselves to sleep. Because all of their life is in a phone. They are locked in there. But they don't know the pleasure it is to hangout with IRL friends, to laugh with them, to eat with them etc. Nah, because they're fitting the expectations of social media, but they are locked in there. If they do what they want for themselves, then boom ! They're a nobody again, but who's here now ?
That's why social media is no place for children, it changes its opinion at the speed of light, it criticizes all your flaws, it makes you insecure about yourself, it wants you to push everything else aside and to throw it all away, only to fit their selfish expectations, and said expectations will change in no time...
