You go to the Google Play Store, you install Dolphin Emulator, then you search for a Mario Kart: Double Dash ROM then download it, you keep the .iso of the game in a folder, you load it and play.
Also for the controls, go to the game dashboard, make the buttons, and align them to the existing ones.

and what about MK7 with mods? (Note: Citra don't work anymore and I have an hacked 2DS but my homebrew apps vanished from existence :/)

Analysis:
Since Metapod isn't in Gen 9, I was forced to play NatDex. And since Mewtwo isn't legal in normal tiers, I was forced to play this in NatDex Ubers, potentially the worst tier ever conceived. Surprised I managed to win twice in what is essentially a 4 v. 6.
Team Gameplan breakdown:
1: String Shot with Metapod
2: Magikarp doed 5% with Flail
3: Steelix Curse + Rest if the opportunity arises
4: Mewtwo/Alochu to mop up
5: Scarf Typhlosion does way too much damage, hard carried
One of the wins was literally only because it was part Ghost so Arceuse couldn't E-Speed it, so yeah.
Not as bad as it looks.

Werehog Sonic and Sasquatch from Animal Mechanicals kind of have the same traits. They're both blue, can stretch their arms, and were introduced in 2008. Guys I have a theory.

what battle tracks do yall think will be in MKWrld? personally here's what i think the selection will be like just based on the music heard in the direct and a lil speculation as well
also this would make for 10 battle tracks which (aside from MKWii which also had 10) is the most battle tracks in an MK game so far

The music from the direct isn't really reliable. Free Roam(& Grand Prix, but mostly Free Roam) is likely gonna have a bunch of music tracks from all across the series remixed and playing, mimicking a radio in a sense. Unless they're making a track out of the Mario 2 Title Screen... which they aren't.

If every course will double as a battle stage, then battle is already the best it's ever been because of how open the courses are now. It's like WiiU's battle mode, but now that the courses are far less restrictive...it'll be amazing.

A while ago on Twitter the "guys vs bears" stuff was happening again & I came across an image of a guy who survived an actual bear attack. I don't wanna go into too much detail but he didn't look too hot and it scarred me for weeks.

Why does none of the tracks from legacy games of Mario kart never gets to a booster course dlc or Mario kart world?

World probably isn't going to get any highway courses since the entire game is already like that + Crown City. As for Wario Colosseum, relax. We only just got N64 Wario Stadium and Shipyard. Wario's tracks are cool but you can't have all 5 of them in a single game.
Mario Kart 8 tracks being missing is fine to me, that game lasted 9 years I'm not itching to play them again atm. There's a Rimea video about how 8's track design goes against World's freedom.
Any GBA tracks we get might end up being 1 to 1 with their Tour versions tbh I don't really want them outside of the open world but considering all the missing music we'll probably get something back
