1. If you are in 1st place and 2nd place is very close behind you while a blue shell is coming, you must back up into 2nd place, let the guy behind you take 1st, and then watch him get blue shelled so that you can take 1st again

if you are trying to gain vr, play a lot if you struggle to rd, you can gain lots of vr (I got to 28k before I learnt to rd) also play in larger rooms more
