What's the most underrated and what's the most overrated Mario Kart Track ?

I was curious to know what's the most underrated track and what's the most overrated one in every Mario Kart. In my opinion, :

Underrated : Mario Circuit 4
Overrated : Vanilla Lake 2
- Mario Kart 64 :
Underrated : Choco Mountain
Overrated : Royal Raceway

Underrated : Bowser Castle 3/Lakeside Park
Overrated : Cheese Land/Ribbon Road
- Mario Kart: Double Dash
Underrated : Mushroom Bridge/Bowser Castle
Overrated : Baby Park

Underrated : Shroom Ridge/GCN Mushroom Bridge/N64 Choco Mountain/GCN Yoshi Circuit
Overrated : Figure-8 Circuit/SNES Mario Circuit 1
- Mario Kart Wii :
Underrated : Moonview Highway/Bowser Castle/GBA Bowser Castle 3/N64 Boser Castle
Overrated : DK Summit

Underrated : GCN Daisy Cruiser/DS Airship Fortress

- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe :
Underrated : Dolphin Shoals/DS Shroom Ridge/Tour Ninja Hideaway/Mute City
Overrated : SNES Donut Plains 3/GCN Sherbet Land

Most underrated in the whole series is easily Sky High Sundae, never understood why people disliked it past 'it's a rectangle' which shouldn't instantly turn you off from a track, especially such an interesting one

Most overrated in the series is probably Tick Tock Clock, like it's interesting and a cool reference but the actual track isn't too fun imo

not to mention thatt TTC's layout is basically an over complicated figure eight too

Yeah, but I still love this track. I stopped playign MKDS when I sold my 2DS and my 3DS XL for a Xbox One S in 2018, and I stilled remember this track of the game

Most underrated most of the Tour cities tbh

I’m not saying that any of these tracks are terrible or insanely good i just have a different opinion than most people. Also some of these i only find a smidge overrated because there were some good tracks.

Absolutely agree on the Tour city tracks, most are insanely good with Tokyo being the only major exception.

However, while I personally disagree but understand why you may dislike Coconut Mall and Waluigi Pinball, I don't understand what's to dislike about Wii Rainbow Road. It's just chaotic fun, items are important, the boosts make it really feel like you're going fast, it's just a great track all around.

It really isn't all that imo. Rainbow Roads in general are just very boring, with nothing going on. It's just space, they really aren't anything special. Except GCN, which was made to feel like an actual finale.

Oh hell nah, how 3ds rainbow road is overrated ? Such as Koopa Cape and shroom ridge ? But thank you for saying Waluigi Pinball and Coconut Mall are overrated

Shroom Ridge sucks tbh. I take back what I said before about Tick Tock Clock, Shroom Ridge is easily by far the most overrated

Nah I think SNES Koopa Beach 2 deserves the same fate than SNES Choco Island 2 and N64 Frappe Snowland : to be destroyed

Yeah same for me. Coconut Mall and Waluigi Pinball have  like 15-20% of the track which is really original, whereas the other parts are boring.
And Wii Rainbow Road is indeed really really fun and chaotic, especially if you play on the Wii with the legendary Wii Wheel (I still playing with it)

Everything was fine from the start to the nitro Wii. And then, retro Wii tracks arrived, and I did a cardiac crisis from this moment to the end. Shy Guy Beach is horrible if you don't use the Magikruiser. But I still agree on two points : Shy Guy Bazaar and Thwomp Ruins are really underrated. Never understood why
