There isn't really a most common one, it all depends on who is in the specific lounge. For example if Fways is playing you're more likely to play Delfino Square, while if Drizzer is playing your more likely to see the Rainbow Roads

When I was active I usually saw Mario Circuit 1, Koopa Beach 1, Delfino Square, Donut Plains 1, Desert Hills, and Mario Circuit 2 almost every mogi. Don't know what the most common tracks are now though
I mostly random pick but occasionally I'll choose GBA Bowser's Castle 1 or Delfino Square

a few potential reasons:
1. the bad collisions with the hedges near the end of the lap
2. the chomps taking up nearly the whole garden
3. the moles are super annoying
4. people may prefer other tracks, i guess
personally, i always go random because i have no clue and most of the tracks in this game are not very good.
