So I played wave 5... And I loved it! Everything about Wave 5 was great! From the 3 returning characters to the new tracks that we got. I enjoyed everything about this! My favorite tracks though was:
Squeaky Clean Sprint
Athens Dash
Sunset Wilds
Los Angeles Lap
and Vancouver Velocity!
I'm glad I played Wave 5! I have no regrets whatsoever! What are your thoughts on wave 5?

Yeah I definitively think Wave 5 is amazing. I kinda think Koopa Cape and Sunset Wilds were underwhelming but that is it, most of the maps are still amazing and fit thr summer. Nice to hear some positivity around here

I can agree on that. It took me some time to get used to Sunset wilds not having the sunset, but once I got used to there being no sunset, I started to like the track, mainly due to the music, and the design.

It took me some time to get used to Sunset wilds not having the sunset, but once I got used to there being no sunset, I started to like the track, mainly due to the music, and the design.Personally that's more of an identity problem, the things I really dislike are the meh gameplay and the lack of changes but still it's a solid D/weak C

Koopa Cape Was Downgraded, from a Glider Ramp to a Stupid Old Boring Ramp.

I think the Final wave is going to end off with a banger! We got the new tour track revealed to us, we know Wii Rainbow Road is going to come, and we still have the Snes track which could be Bowser Castle 3. It might be the only Bowser Castle track we will be getting...

Honestly the wave fucking sucked, except for the Tilted Towers track that shit is fucking fire. Also happy that Walter made it into the roster. But yeah then I played sunset wilds and when I found out the time didn’t change i got so mad that I took my switch out of the dock and violated its charging port. Sent a video of it to Nintendo and then died (I’m good now) That’ll show them!1!1!1 😡😡🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡

Best Wave by far, a solid 8/10
Everything was fixed.
Little GBA kiddies can finally accept that Super Circuit was always ass
Koopa Cape is actually one of the best courses in the game to play
Tour cities are bangers as usual
Moonview is actually interesting now thanks to the random dash panels
Squeaky Clean is worse than in Tour, but still great
Daisy Cruiser is chill, as it should be, & very pretty
Sadly no wave will get 10/10 so long as "Super" Circuit is in it. Hopefully Wave 6 seems to be a 9, which is close enough.
If I had a time machine, I'd go back & sue them for false advertising.

Both of those are very positive changes imo. The glider in MK7 forces you to skip half the river section and with a jump it makes the race way more hectic. The waterfall, while probably more controversial, I also think is a good change bc it's difficult to take advantage of, but can slightly boost you giving you an option in a last-second situation

As much as I know a few things about Wave 6, I can't help but wonder what the other GCN tracks will be. I think we might get Roma Avati in Wave 6, and we got a few more noncity tracks from Tour. And I know a lot of people hate Tour, but that's just their opinion.
