Like if that wasn't obvious. Barely ANYBODY could bear what he became. He provoked, made fun of us, spammed, ignored what we said, didn't care, never apologized, supported people who would break the rules and do stupid things, he was literally making the website 1k times more toxic, not gonna lie. Stop defending him and playing the innocent one while you totally know why he is banned, you saw he did that, but it looks like you're almost denying it. Take 10 active people nowadays, at least 6 or 7 (and I'm being kind and giving slack here) will respond that they don't like him or that they think he should stop/or that his actions are dumb.
