Bullying is repeated and deliberate wrongdoings against you. I wouldn't consider vs races bullying bc no harm is intended, but if someone was to repeatedly insult you or threaten you, then maybe it is...

Unless I happen to have crappy internet (I don't btw), the image in question is about 70% white space with names and an opponents list (which consist of Torrance4 and Jake64).
I don't get it.

Here's what basically happened:
We were playing, I think Riverside Park, and he kept getting hit with items, so he said since everybody was "bullying" him, he was gonna report them. Except me because he said I was "being nice" to him, even though I was playing the game like everybody else.
