I recovered a Course that BlueGreyRJ made.

This is an old course from a Multicup called Super Mario Kart Double Dash!!. I can't seem to find it. I've looked all over, but it hasn't Come up.
So, back when it was on MKPC, I saved some of the Tracks to My Google Drive. Now, I put into PostImage. And Now here it is. Back to see the Light Again!

This Course was Originally made By BlueGreyRJ, I think. But... Well... Actually, I think it was, the last time I played It. But I might be wrong about who made it, but who ever made it did a Perfect Job.
This may be a Useless Topic, but I just wanted everyone to see this Awsome Course again.

I could Add some more courses made by the same Person if you want.

I'm sorry, I never said that ? There's many topics I would have called out if I reasoned like that. I'm saying this topic that just shows off a track is irrelevant and should have been done on Space for anything, that's it.

Would I technically be the New owner of The Courses I saved? I have more In My Drive. But I'm wondering If I now Own these Courses.

That's essentially the same thing as stealing the preview images.

I think if you went over everything(change the colours, add stuff etc.) then it would be "yours", but you'd need permission to use them in this state, and  permission to remake them if you did go over it. If it was an internet/official(like a Tour map rip) image you wouldn't need permission.

In My case, The Original Track was Deleted. I brought back the Original If it will make You happy. I'll Give Credit.

You need to ASK the original person. The crediting doesn't matter if you don't ask the original artist.

That isn't the matter, ask the original creator first 💀

That's like saying you can take RHcks' tracks and saying it's yours because it wasn't been worked on in a while. You can only be the owner of the image if you make it yourself.

Btw, you should probably learn about copyright laws and stuff because taking other people's works may result in legal disputes etc. Luckily this is only mkpc where it's not a massive deal (and the course is generally just deleted).

Don’t worry about copyright laws, I literally sent a link of the laws of US copyright on his track.

@KirbyBoy why are you reacting with Mario no? Are you saying that you won’t read the copyright laws, because it can actually get you in legal trouble if you done this outside MKPC.
