While it is piracy, the game isn't being sold by Nintendo anymore and the only way you can get it nowadays is if you buy it from eBay or another online market and even then, Nintendo isn't making a penny out of it.

No I don’t, I’m pretty sure I was wrong in my last message. To acquire a ROM you would have to break a law correct? Unless you copy it from your own game that you purchased legally.

Well to be honest it's kinda funny how y'all are complaining that piracy's illegal since, under most copyright laws, MKPC is also technically illegal since it's not a parody of the Mario Kart franchise (but since it doesn't generate income apart from advertisement I don't know I think that the laws are slightly more... lenient), however since I don't have much of a criminal mindset I'm not aiding and abetting in piracy, sorry
