I think it would be cool if in the complete mode track creator there is the ability to divide the Out colors, and to color each Out color.
It's useful in many different tracks.
For example:
In a beach track, the creator made some sections where you can see only the sea and some others where you see only the in-land.
Without this option, the creator has to decide only 1 colour and the track turns out to be ugly, or not a beach at all.
With this option, the track would be better, because there are 2 different out colors: one for the sea, and one for the in-land.
It's useful in many different tracks.

When finishing 4th or worse, add defeat music and a defeat sprite.
In VS or Grand Prix modes, allow players to see their times and those of others in the results.
Improve the kart engine sounds.
In Grand Prix, allow players to choose their engine size.
Increase the number of laps on SNES tracks from 3 to 5.
Add the Boo item.
Remove the POW item.
The speedometer should be enabled by default.
In GBA Rainbow Road, the yellow ramps do nothing. They should make the player jump, like in the original game.
Change the blue shell to be like in Mario Kart 64 (skims the ground and hits all the karts in its path).
Change the lightning effect so that everyone returns to their original size at the same time; otherwise, it gives an unfair advantage to those at the back.
In Grand Prix, if you finish 5th or worse, you restart the race. You have 3 lives.
In GBA Cheese Land, the shortcut after the big jump causes the game to glitch.
In GBA Lakeside Park, the shortcut after the big jump causes the game to glitch.
In SNES Bowser's Castle 1-3, the walls don't have collision.
Display a radar when a red shell is about to hit you.
In Grand Prix mode, only top 4 receive points, the others receive nothing.
Add a mermaid for the blue shell.
