Et oui, après la Coupe du Monde de Mario Kart 8 Deluxe qui se conclura bientôt, c'est au tour de la Coupe du Monde de Mario Kart 7 de débuter ce samedi 20 juillet 2019! 
Mais pourquoi-donc je vous en parle? Et bien c'est très simple:
5 ans, 5 ans! Cela fait 5 ans que Mario Kart 7 n'avait pas eu droit à son événement phare, après les 2 premières éditions en 2013 et 2014.
Comme pour les 2 premières éditions, 8 sélections nationales vont participer à ce tournoi:
-Benelux (2ème apparition, cependant c'est la 3ème fois que les Pays-Bas sont représentés)
-Canada (3ème, mais 2ème en solitaire)
-France (3ème)
-Allemagne (2ème)
-Japon (3ème) (champions du monde 2013 et 2014)
-Amérique Latine (1ère, cependant c'est la 3ème fois que l'Espagne est représenté)
-Royaume-Uni & Australie (R-U: 3ème; Aus: 1ère)
-Etats-Unis (3ème, mais 2ème en solitaire)
Pour cette 3ème édition de la Coupe du Monde, la nouvelle administration à décidé de diviser les 8 équipes en 2 groupes de 4, A et B. Chaque équipe jouera donc une fois contre chacune des 3 autres équipes qui composent son groupe, pour un total de 3 matchs de groupe. Un classement sera fait selon les règles suivantes:
-1 victoire donne 3 points.
-1 match nul donne 1 point.
-1 défaite par moins de 20 points donne 1 point (bonus), appelé "point défensif".
-1 défaite par plus de 20 points ne donne pas de points.
Les groupes sont les suivants:
Groupe A:
-Royaume-Uni & Australie
-Etats-Unis
-Amérique Latine
-Benelux
Groupe B:
-Allemagne
-Japon
-Canada
-France
Le top 2 de chaque groupe se qualifie pour les demi-finales.
Le 1er du groupe A affronte le 2ème du groupe B, et vice-versa.
Puis la finale opposera les 2 dernières équipes en lice, afin de nommer l'équipe Championne du Monde 2019!
Qui seront champions du monde? Nous le saurons d'ici 2 semaines! Bonne chance à totues les équipes!
