Oui, après dans Luigi’s Mansion il faut hacker le jeu pour voir ses yeux, mais dans Luigi’s Mansion 3, il est très apeuré à un moment, donc il court partout et ses lunettes bougent.

We can't forget the sizable crowd malding at Waluigi's exclusion from being a playable Smash character for the better part of a decade and a half now.
I see everyone was talking about Shy Guy, Shy Guy is only playable in MKDS if you do multiplayer, but I think it's possible to play as Shy Guy in the main game if you hacked your copy of Mario Kart DS
