Gonna give updates on the image below when there is good enough progress, so I can give you guys hints on what the tracks are, which can help you solve which 8 members are represented.
Added a most of a new track, while also upgrading the center, and setting things up for other tracks.
HINT: In the second image, 3 of the tracks in development are character tracks, but in the first image, only 2 were character tracks.
Also first person to get all 8 members corrects will be mentioned in my description

Update of the year, or at least ultimate QOL update. The VL2 pieces were needed considering land and water are completely different things ; like Riverside and Lakeside. However for Boo Lake and Broken Pier, it is the samr thing in both cases, and I don't see how KB2 would even work.

The concept is simple. There are 14 tour cities currently, and the goal of this project is to remake those, and add some more. I am making this because I saw @BowserJr03 making a custom tour city and had an idea for one to make myself, and thought a multicup with some old some new tour cities could be good
