Donkey Kong needs to go away for some time. He already had a Mario vs Donkey Kong, a remastered DK game, and the new one Donkey Kong Bananza. Let Mario breathe for once.
MvDK and DKCR were both to promote Donkey Kong and increase hype for Bananza. There isn't a problem and I think you're just mad Nintendo made such a good game in Bananza because you still want the price to drop. Sorry if I'm being a little harsh lol but that's what it feels like to me

I just doubt that bc Bananza already came out. I'm getting it today and haven't played it yet, but from what I've seen it's an incredible game and they can't just keep pumping out great 3D games like this. DK is basically our 3D Mario for a while. That's my guess, anyway.

I never said it was part of the 3D Mario series, I said this is basically a 3D Mario game.

Why are these separate generations? I would argue each console/set of consoles (eg Wii & DS) count as separate generations

I'm trying to learn how to reverse drift; I've got the idea down, but I'm not very good yet at controlling my drift. Usually, I veer off to the side and it ends up being slower than just snaking. Does anyone have any tips to help me improve?

Does anybody have tips for creating good courses? I intend to make both Quick Mode and Complete Mode multicups but my courses aren't that good.

Since the VS mode custom item menu takes a while to set up and could be confusing/overwhelming to some players, I think some fun features would be presets or a random option

I think it would be better if we just removed entering a name before sharing a track, and just set it to be the person's username automatically instead. As it is, you can easily impersonate people and that's not good

I know this was suggested before, but I really would like to have a trick animation update. I would like to have my custom characters have their own trick animation, instead of just spinning. Plus, I would like to also have a "Get hit" Animation, because the only way I could possibly do this without it is put the animation on the 11th and 13th frame,(Example: ) but that doesn't work out with the trick. And the fact that there are only 2 frames for getting hit doesn't work either. So I just hope we get an update for this 

While this could work, it would make custom character creation unnecessarily complicated for those who don't use it often, especially for newcomers to the system. Additionally, animations, depending on how they're handled, could mess with the 2D vibes of the game, and would take development time away from more important features

There needs to be an update to the Item Distribution because I got hit by 3 Blue Shells within the first Minute of a Race in Grand Prix. Then Right after I finally start moving Again I get Pow'd, then Red Shelled.
You can just set a custom item distribution so it's not really necessary

I think it could be cool, in the place of where the message counter used to be, to display the date a certain user joined; I always used the message counter as a way to judge how long a certain user had been around for, so putting the date there would really help since it's pretty inconvenient to have to go into their profile and scroll down to the bottom to find it (especially for users with excessively long descriptions)

Idk if it has already been suggested because i didn't read all 17 pages of suggestions, but, as someone who mainly uses quick mode to make tracks, I think it needs more options like custom backgrounds, decors, and music or lap overrides. Also, custom quick mode tiles. Imagine being able to make your own tiles and make a track out of those. (I guess if you play on a pc you can just copy images and do this type of think with complete mode, but I play on mobile, so I can't copy images...) or custom boost panel and trick ramp designs. Or other things like sections in quick mode (which would probably need a larger quick mode area) I may update this sometime later when I get more ideas.
Yeah that stuff would be cool, but the point of QM is that it's easy and fast to use and making it too complicated kinda ruins that. Just use complete mode and you can do all of that stuff

GamerJax had a very good suggestion with unlocking cups by progressing in multicups. To add onto that, I think the same should be done for challenges; for example, there could be a normal staff ghost, and when you beat it it unlocks a hard staff ghost. This could also apply to completing cups to unlock challenges, but that might be harder and opens up less opportunities.

Best: GCN Luigi Circuit
Most of the starting tracks are really boring, but for good reason; they're meant to introduce beginners to the game. Luigi Circuit adds a bonus mechanic to the map, while still introducing beginners effectively. Essentially, the map is laid out so that you drive down a road, turn around, then drive back on the same road for a lap. This causes a lot of chaos, which is really what Double Dash is about, so it functions well as an introduction. Plus, it's just the most interesting starting track to me
Worst: DS Figure 8 Circuit
I considered Toad Circuit, since it doesn't really show off 7's mechanics, but at least it has a glider ramp. Figure 8 Circuit shows absolutely none of what makes DS special. Starting tracks are meant to introduce players to the game, but not be so mind-numbingly easy that they drop the game in ten minutes. There's literally nothing to do, you just drive a couple of laps, nothing interesting to look at. Playing in Time Trials is also the worst experience of all time, there aren't even items so it's just snaking the entire time

On the Donut Plains tracks, Lakeside Park and Riverside Park the water is fake. You don't fall in, it's just offroad

If it doesn't have to be realistic, I think the best change is to add N64, GCN, Wii, 3DS, Wii U and Switch 2 tracks just so people stop complaining about it

Airship Fortress just represents MKPC to me; it's challenging while still being relatively easy, and it has a glitch where you can jump into the wall and just drive out into the ocean forever

I would like to propose the idea of making a Mario Kart with all the content of the saga: All the characters and tracks in one.
The idea is to create the complete experience that the official franchise (perhaps) should have had, characters like the Paratroopa from Double-Dash or R.o.b from DS who never debuted again in the saga, as well as some circuits.
In summary, this project is to bring all Mario Kart content (SNES, GBA, GCN, DS, Wii, 3DS, Wii U/NS, GP, Tour, etc.)

its impossible to fit every track in existence into one multi-cup, as the cup limit is 40
Let me see. 7 games with 4 cups and 2 games with 5 cups that adds up to 38 cups. You could fit every track in a multicup. Not including retros.
Also not including Tour, and you forgot to include the original DLC tracks from Wii U Mario Kart 8
Wii u dlc had 8 tracks
So 2 cups, that brings it to the 40 limit. You couldn't add Tour from there
Tour isn't a mainline mariokart game
Nintendo considers it one, and @ Yoshig64 counted it so I think it's more than fair game
