So the conclusion is that reporting recent accounts that you stumble across because they are actually active is fine. But do not search up these accounts on purpose, it is a waste of your time and of our time.
To be more persuasive, the next person I see reporting innapropriate accounts that were created before 2025 and were last seen online before 2025 will be sanctioned.

The rules are a bit outdated. I have come up with a simple solution to stop these players: a blacklist and whitelist for language.
Well for online there is a blacklist (which I keep adding words to) but people always bypass it, and we can't afford to just blacklist n, i, g, and you know the following letters, bc they're just letters, but you know what it can form. However for nicknames I am not sure we have that, and this would make sense I think.
