God, Myth, Legend, King, Hero, Expert, Intermediate, Apprentice, and Beginner.
Here's what I said for Mario Circuit 1
God: 28.800
Myth: 29.000
Legend: 30.000
King: 30.800
Hero: 31.500
Expert: 32.500
Intermediate: 34.500
Apprentice: 38.000
Beginner: >38.001
