The base game is worthless, it's just a new battle mode and like 5 new characters.
The new battle mode is worth it alone
It's just not worth the money
But it is with BCP. And the fact that you can play it anywhere you want now.

In Mario Kart Wii, MC3 is in the Lightning Cup. Today, Turnip Cup. Something about this track design doesn't look like the Tour one. I'm happy with that. The question is, did Nintendo use the same textures for Battle Course 4? This arena is in MKWii, too.
