So basically, you send screenshots images of MKPC tracks and have the other users guess what track the screenshot is from.
Other users are allowed to send screenshots here, and here are the rules:
1. Don't make it too easy to tell what the track is.
2. Don't make it too difficult to the point where it's basically impossible.
3. The only tracks allowed in this topic are all tracks in the base game. Custom tracks are not allowed because there are thousands of them and some of them (especially random QM tracks) are known or remembered by (almost) nobody.
I'll go first:

Well then, if you're going to play that card:
- It should be "an 'is'", not "a 'is'".
- There should be quotation marks around "2" and "required".

I don't think anyone 50 years from now will ever mistake a Wii U for a Switch, they're clearly two completely different consoles (in fact, one of them is literally a handheld). Sure there are a lot of Wii U games that were ported to the Switch with "Deluxe" versions but that's only because of how poorly the Wii U performed marketing wise forcing Nintendo to release the Switch early + if you're still stuck on software rather than hardware then I'll point out MKWorld is drastically different than MK8DX

Hey, so I've always wanted to make a custome character or custom decor for custome tracks. I was wondering if there are any good websites where I can create the sprites. Also it can't be one I have to pay for. I've tried a couple like Spritepaint, but it didn't work too well for me. So if you have any ideas or if you already make sprites, it would help me to know where I can make them and actually have it work for mkpc. Tysm! 
I use Piskel to create my custom characters and decors
It is true that pixel art in general is a bit hard to learn at first but you'll get used to it eventually

just use complete mode
But it takes up space on the profile for tracks I actually wanna upload
You can upload the image to a filehost and copy the URL, as URL tracks don't take up any of your storage space

I'm having a problem with the music update and I CANT find it ANYWHERE unless the creator helps me find it
Having looked at your followed topics I think I know where you are confused.
That person was suggesting an update, it hasn't actually been added to the game yet. As of now there is no way to add custom music in quick mode tracks.
However, you can always download the track image, upload it to complete mode, and redo the collisions if you want your quick mode track to have custom music ^^

Also practice each track individually in Time Trials + watch a lot of Time Trial ghosts by better players as well to see what they're doing and apply it to your run
As I mentioned earlier GBA Bowser Castle 1 is a good place to start ^^

Not sure what you mean by "your top 5 tracks of all time" as I am of different skills in different games and I'm not sure how to compare them accurately, but here's a few of my time trials that I am most proud of in no particular order
- MKPC 150cc Boo Lake - 1:16.983 (5th WW)
- MK8DX 150cc Boo Lake - 1:23.826
- MKWorld Airship Fortress - 1:59.2xx forgot exact time but I'll put it here later
- MKPC 200cc Boo Lake - 0:56.481 (former WR)
- MKPC 150cc Boo Lake - 1:16.983 (5th WW)
- MK8DX 150cc Boo Lake - 1:23.826
