I found these in a MKPC file called pieces_new, my guess is that there were plans to make split paths for Quick Mode or for Battle Mode.
Here they are:
Super Mario Kart
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
Currently, there are none of these pieces for SNES Vanilla Lake 2, GBA Shy Guy Beach, GBA Riverside Park, GBA Luigi Circuit, GBA Bowser Castle 3, any battle arenas or tracks from Mario Kart DS

These parts must date from an old project but which had to be abandoned.
The proof ?
The background color of the GBA Rainbow Road pieces, which is black instead of dark blue, which was the case several years ago
And @CraftBlade240, if you want to use them, use these pieces and assemble them on a drawing editor (Paint is enough), then use this track in complete mode

So do a multicup in complete mode, it's the only solution

2nd proof:
There are no DS tracks because they were added in 2020, and the project must date from before that date
Same for GBA Bowser Castle 3 and Shy Guy Beach, which were added earlier this year.
To see if my theories are correct, @Wargor?

im already over halfway done the multicup and complete mode is hard to use

So learn how to use it
And you don't have to do only one multicup, you can do several
