NOTE: THESE RULES ARE VERY IMPORTANT. It'd be nice to read the whole thing, but, for the lazy chaps, here's a quick rundown.
Every some day, I will do a 'lottery' of the posted courses and remake ONE. Post either your course name, the ID (the number in the URL bar), or a URL and I will put them into a wheel and remake the winning course.
Also, quick mode courses have a lower chance of getting chosen, and I'm playtesting all the submissions so it'd be nice if you were to put in the id or URL or something handy.
Oh, and I nearly forgot to say, you can post, hmm, up to 3 courses per wheel, so follow the topic so you can know when you can post more courses again.
Ooh, another thing: I am only accepting courses or arenas. NO cups or multi-cups.
This spoiler contains the blacklist: a list of people who do not have permission to enter.
And just one more thing, please don't make really big tracks. Try to limit yourself to, uhh, 700 pixels by 700 pixels.
Ehh, forget this one. Most tracks are, like, 1200x1200 anyway. Feel free to make them as big as you want, but don't make is SUPER big. I have to remake these, remember.
