so im new hi hello so i might just be bad at the game but WOW those tracks i HATE
So on Koopa Beach 2 you drive in water which i think is as fast as any other offroad in the game but that middle part theres so many patches of deep water which thanks to the track scaling is extremely tedious to drive through

And if you don't go exactly how Vanilla Lake 2 wants you to by the time you hit that finish line congratulations now you have to do another lap effectively being lapped and there is no recovery from being lapped in this game ive seen
these tracks are brutal why i just wanna unlock all the characters why so much pain

To me, Vanilla Lake 2 is just ok compared to the original. Koopa Beach 2 is a different story. DS Rainbow Road is worse, as its too narrow to even consider getting 1st. I also dislike Bowser Castle 4 for simply being too long, and Riverside Park for being awful online.

I have that same issue every now and then and I agree. I also hate Koopa Beach 2 because of the bad design track and Vanilla Lake 2 because bad checkpoints so you are not alone. Also there is other tracks that has a checkpoint problem which includes GV2, DP3, SNES BC1 (bad respawn) and GBA Rainbow Road (bad respawn) so yeah, I feel your pain there bro. I hope you unlock all the characters soon so good luck on it. :)

I figured out I can unlock characters by clearing custom cups so I've been having an easier time unlocking characters
I got 4 left

The absolute hardest tracks for me hands down are Koopa Beach 1 & 2, DS Rainbow Road, Ghost Valley 1 & 3, Desert Hills, Mario Circuit 3 & 4, Luigi Circuit, Vanilla Lake 2, Broken Pier, Shroom Ridge, Bowser's Castle, SNES Rainbow Road, and Airship Fortress. And that could just be how scaled down they are. :s

Okay, that is very understandable so I'mma give my review for how hard these tracks are.

Koopa Beach 1: Not that hard at all.
Koopa Beach 2: Really bad design with full off road.
DS Rainbow Road: Yep it is quite hard but more fun than SNES Rainbow Road.
Ghost Valley 1: Not very hard but the ending shortcut is a bit tough.
Ghost Valley 3: It's kinda hard but the holes is a bit annoying.
Desert Hills: Not hard but dodging fire snakes can sometimes be hard and maybe pokeys due to their weird hitbox.
Mario Circuit 3: Again, not hard although road is slightly thin but a very good track regardless.
Mario Circuit 4: Same for Mario Circuit 3 but I think the road is better plus it's less difficult.
Luigi Circuit: Not difficult at all.
Vanilla Lake 2: It's understandable considering the checkpoint issues I've had in the past.
Broken Pier: Not very hard track but the strats used in TTs is very hard.
Shroom Ridge: This is very understandable considering the buses and their weird hitboxes. Even I sometimes struggled to dodge them due to their dumb hitboxes where I hit the buses without even touching but besides that, a pretty good track in my opinion.
Bowser's Castle: I assume you are referring to the DS one and if you are then yes, it's quite hard with the obstacles so I understand that and I can relate. :)
SNES Rainbow Road: Do I even dare? If anything Coffin_DanceYT, this track is hard for all of us. Very thin roads with very high hitbox holes. It's not even hard, it's annoying to play.
Airship Fortress: Yep, it is hard to play considering the thin road, the bullet bills (Not too bad to dodge in my opinion but it depends on the pacing), the moles and more things like inconsistent corners etc.

With enough practice, you can surely get better at these tracks and become the best of the best of MKPC and yes, I relate to a lot of these track problems bro so you are not alone. ;)
