Weird Course Problems

So, I was looking at the forums and came across a guy named pc5, he is very new and had made an account today. But for some reason, he had already made 39 courses, but they said they were made by a person called H-the-Man , pc5 doesn't know what is happening, and then it said that he had made a new level, MP2 Bowser Castle, but it was again, made by H-the-man. It had the same layout, and my comment was still on it. Can someone help me and pc5 out, this is very weird.

Only the most recent of the levels were actually made by pc5, does anyone know why this is happening?

There's this dude named Aaron who keeps making garbage square tracks.

I have three ideas :
1. H-the-Man and pc5 are the same person, pc5 is then an alternate account.

2. H-the-man is a relative of pc5, if they live in the same place, they both share the same IP and the same creations.

3. pc5 or H-the-man created their account at a public place (like at school). They both share the same IP and the same creations.

I know that Wargor has already "desynced" accounts with the same IP, so maybe they can ask him to do that if they prove that they're not alts.

I think your third idea is right. Because he just told me right now, that it might have something to do with an IP address
