Who is the worst character in every Mario Kart game?

Either stats-wise, or how much you like the character, you can choose them using either factor.
SNES: Not really any of them; they're all really good.
N64: Like SNES, all really good.
GBA: Exact same as N64.
GCN: Probably Wario. He's a heavy-weight, so he doesn't give the mini-turbo boost when in the back, and I rarely ever seem to hit anyone with the Bob-omb. Mario and Luigi could also arguably be given this spot, as the Fireball is kinda hard to use effectively too.
DS: I'm not really sure, since it's mainly the Karts that play a role in this game stats-wise. Though, if we rank them by Kart stats, I know it's not Luigi, Yoshi, Dry Bones, or ROB, since I'm pretty sure the Poltergust 4000, Egg 1, Dry Bomber, and ROB BLS are the best karts in the game.
Wii: King Boo. The stats that he gives boosts in, Handling and Off-Road, aren't very useful in competitive racing.
3DS: Honey Queen. There's no reason why she got in over Waluigi. (Wiggler's cool though. Him going angry when he gets hit is a nice touch, and proves they actually put effort into him)
WiiU: Pink Gold Peach. Clone. Waste of Character Slot. Etc.
PC: Sure, let's count MKPC. The answer is DK. Because Handling is the most important stat here by FAR, and DK's handling stat is terrible.
SNES: Not really any of them; they're all really good.
N64: Like SNES, all really good.

SNES:Bowser and Donkey Kong [theyre way too heavy and make the game near-unplayable]
N64-None, they are all pretty good i guess
GBA-None Again
GCN-Toadette, sure she became an ok character in the franchise and i dont have much against her, but the fact that her and her brother, toad get SHIPPED, this ruined toadette quite a bit
DS-Dry Bones, people literally worship him, its kinda annoying
Wii-Baby Peach and Baby Daisy-this is where they started adding clones
3DS-None, although waluigi not being in the game is kinda off
Wii U And Switch-CAT PEACH! do i need to say more?
Tour-Yukata Daisy, Fairy Daisy, Wedding Peach and Aurora Rosalina, and many other trashy clones "joined the MKT crew"

With N64 it's basically the middleweights. Lightweight characters are the ones used in speedruns, idk the details as to why but there are certain techniques exclusive to them, and in speedruns heavy characters are used for the player to gain height off of, in order to make shortcuts.
MKWii, King Boo, at the very least, has access to 2 of the best vehicles in the game (Flame Runner/Bowser Bike and Spear/Torpedo.) I'm not entirely sure which of the lightweights give the worse stats, but since their only good vehicle is the Quacker, they're definitely the worst.

*cough cough Bullet Bike has best drift stat in the game cough cough*
Seriously, the Bullet Bike is actually pretty good, and it's just wrong to say the Quacker is the only good bike the lightweights have.

Actually, the Magikruiser is really good too, having the best Off-Road in the game, it's the best on Sherbet Land and Shy Guy Beach.
Again, the Quacker is not the only good one.

See, that's the problem. All the bikes the lightweights have are only useful on a few tracks. Middleweights and Heavyweights have all-purpose vehicles.
Also I'm pretty sure the Spear's used on Shy Guy Beach now

I think King Boo is great, (although he is the biggest troublemaker in 1 player mode when I vs him) and I thought the heavyweight characters have the same stats, unless you are referring to heavyweights in general.

Nope, every character gives small boosts in different stats. For example, Funky Kong gives a boost of 6 in Speed, and a boost of 2 in Off-road, Luigi gives a boost of 2 in Speed, and 4 in weight.
That's why Funky Kong is considered the best Character in the game. Funky's boost in Speed is huge, and Off-Road is helpful too. Meanwhile, King Boo gives a 5 in Handling, and 3 in Off-Road. Handling is kinda useless on most tracks, where you're always drifting, and while the Off-Road boost is good, King Boo doesn't give any boosts in more useful stats, unlike pretty much every other character on the roster.

Oh ok. I still prefer King Boo. Mainly for the memories, but I don't think he is half bad. Although I mainly used either Yoshi or Bowser Jr...
