If you didnt know, there was a trailer for mario kart tour on twitter and instagram, GameXplain has uploaded it to youtube as well. In that trailer the revealed some new tracks and some retro tracks that weren't shown in the closed beta. Heres the list of all of the tracks:

I wonder for the city themed tracks if they will do exact replicas of the city, or if they have to do what GameFreak did and put little pieces of the place together like Unova and Kalos

Mario Kart Tour is a mobile Mario kart game being developed by Nintendo, they release a trailer earlier today (out of know where) and they’ve shown some more info on tracks, characters and even som new karts

It seems that the cities are arranged to make circuits that represent the city and its spirit in totality
However, it also seems that these are representations of cities in themselves and not copies like in Odyssey and Pokémon
