This is annoying me a lot. Whenever I change the image, then save, the image will switch back! It's annoying the heck out of me!

This is an old af problem. It's due to the browser caching mechanism.
The image is actually changed but your browser has the old image in cache so you think it didn't change, while in reality it did.
Try to go back to the editor page (the page where you edit the track, draw.php?i=xxx), and type Ctrl+shift+R (or Cmd+shift+R if you have a mac). It will empty the cache and refresh the page, and you should see the new image
