Well, it took me a while to find the highest speed (I don't know if anyone has found it before
) achievable on MKPC by setting the game to 999cc and using this circuit:

Here's a screenshot of the top speed (in km/h):
In mph, that's 2913.18. (I'm not sure)

wow, thats a really long circuit
I used a photo of a black line crossing a whole image that I downloaded from mkpc to enlarge it to the maximum size (so 9999 in width and length) in order to obtain the maximum length of a circuit possible on mkpc.
