How to customise my profile page?

As the title says, you need to help me like for example, add gifs or custom colors all around in 2022-2023 i saw someone with isabelle on their profile page as a gif and custom colors but i don't remember his/her name

1. click on your profile picture
2. click "edit" on your profile picture
3. use an image you have saved in your computer in order to change your profile picture

I'm not talking about my profile picture i'm talking about everything

- For your Description, there is an "Edit" button somewhere in the page
 
- For everything else, there is a section called "Options" near your time trial scores
 

If you are asking for layout changes or profile page colors, those are not possible

but someone had a profile page with different colors and a gif of Isabelle from Animal Crossing though i don't remember the name or was he/she deleted or banned?

Idk i haven't seen anybody with a different profile page other than anthcny and he only added a spider

I'm pretty sure that's not him/her but how to add things images and gifs on profile page
