Here's Mine:

Mario Circuit is the best DS track, yes better than Waluigi Pinball

3DS Rainbow Road is the worst rainbow road in the series

Vanilla Lake 2 should've been in the Booster Course Pass instead of Bowser Castle 3

Sky-High Sundae, GBA Sky Garden, and SNES Mario Circuit 3 are not only overhated in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe but are some of the best DLC tracks

Tokyo Blur is actually good

GCN Mario Circuit is the best circuit track in the series

GCN Mario Circuit feels fine at the end of the leaf cup in mkwii

DK Pass and Wild Woods are just okay

Mario Kart Tour is good

Mission Mode is bad

N64 Block Fort sucks

I have way more, but I don't want fill this topic

DS Rainbow Road and GBA Riverside Park are some of the best tracks in the series. Not to mention GBA Sky Garden (8DX) is amazing and in my opinion is better than any other Sky Garden

Oh boy, do i have many :

3DS Rosalina's Ice World is the worst track in the whole series, no debate

Pretty much all circuit tracks are good (exceptions being SNES MC1, 3DS TC and that's it)

Neither DK Mountain nor Dino-Dino Jungle are as good as people think they are

Mario Kart Wii is the worst mainline Mario Kart

Wiggler and Peachette might be the best additions as characters

Super Mario Kart is hard to control but is still pretty darn good

Double Dash is the best game in the franchise

N64 Wario Stadium aint half bad

Broken Pier is better than Boo Lake

(and i have more but i kept it brief)

mine:
ghost valley 3 and broken peir are both horrible

gba luigi circuit is the best circuit track

snes rainbow road is actually good

mario kart super circuit is the best mainline game

baby park is amazing

the gba tracks in mario kart 8 deluxe are great

walawigi pinball is overrated

and final one:

i always think ds walawigi pinball is overrated

i think some of these are going to be more of a "hotter take". meh, idrm

Wii Rainbow Road is overrated and was only brought back to MK8DX for Wii nostalgia (in my opinion)

Wiggler is one of the best characters in the Mario Kart games

MKDS and MKSC are the best mainline MK games and MKWii is the worst

MKDS's Shell Cup has actually got some good tracks in my opinion

Wii Daisy Circuit should've come earlier in the BCP
