I randomly ground pounded on the Sand Bird and fell all the way down without dying somehow. And the developers, of course, did not code the rest of the area as a big hole or something, so there was invisible ground. I was walking over the sky and could cross the towers, however, it was impossible to go back. And this glitch is out of pure chance, like anybody can get it yet it is most likely to be random

Anyway, should probably say my one. Was in Pikmin 3 (Wii U version) and after beating the Sandbelching Meerslug (Tropical Wilds boss) the day ended. When I went back to the arena the next day, the crimson banquet (watermelon) had its big piece missing. Looked on the map, it was in a completely different part of the map. When I went back with all pikmin types, I at some point went over the big piece and found it in the Shaggy Long Legs arena

Was playing Ocarina of Time a while back, somehow I managed to drown in Lake Hylia with the Zora Tunic equipped. There was no timer or anything, just Link drowning and the fact one of my Fairies was used up, which I later found out to be due to the fact I had the Kokiri Tunic on prior to switching to the Zora Tunic and I only had a second's worth of air with the Kokiri Tunic on.
Another weird Ocarina of Time glitch I discovered was in the Kakariko Village cutscene where you learn the Nocturne of Shadow, I had learnt the Nocturne but Sheik was still flying around in the air like she was attacked by Bongo Bongo still. After the cutscene finishes, she just completely disappears. I'm pretty sure this was due to me putting my 3DS on sleep while Sheik was being attacked by Bongo Bongo, but I can't necessarily be sure.

I was playing MK8D with my parents on Grumble Volcano and there was a Blue Shell coming.
My mother just reached 3rd Lap and me and my dad were taking the Right path at the end of the track.
So the Blue Shell passed us as usual and went and crashed STRAIGHT INTO this Pipe structure which made the Blue Shell break and disappearing (The CPUs were far behind and none of us had a Super Horn). It was like the Blue Shell has stopped following its Route to the Player in 1st Place and just went straight into the next obstacle.
Even today, I still have no explanation of why and how did that happen.
I've tried several times to reproduce this bug but without success.

In the half-life chapter "We've got hostiles", there is a scientist that runs into a tripwire explosive and dies. I tried spamming E on the scientist which made him follow me, I led him to a door which has a button to end the chapter and he opened it.

I was playing Super Mario Bros. 2 (The USA version) on my NES, and I think I didn’t put the NES cartridge correctly, so there was a HUGE weird glitch : a POW block was stuck on my head.
Anytime I pushed the B button, the screen started to shake, and it had the same effect as when I used a POW, but the screen shaking last ALL the level…
I tried to finish the game with that thing, that was pretty easy but uncomfortable because of the screen who was always moving.
At the final boss (Wart), the POW effect was only effective when he opened his mouth, so that was easy.
The ending was… Pretty weird.
The first part was kinda glitchy, because I only used Peach, but the Contributor screen said that I used Mario. Wtf
The second part was really REALLY glitchy, and also creepy.
When he was sleeping, Mario’s eyes were white and wide, and some pixels of his head/bed were removed.
The Cast was glitched too, the tiles were totally changed, this was HORRIBLE to see.
Seriously, do someone want to see Peach with Cobrat’s body ?
That reminds me of a glitch who happened when I was playing Super Mario Bros., the tiles were glitched and the odd numbers from the levels, the points, the lives or the time were changed into other numbers.
0 = 0
1 = 0
2 = 2
3 = 2
4 = 4
5 = 4
6 = 6
7 = 6
8 = 8
9 = 9
Etc.
So, the first level was the 0-0. Yeah, really.
Power-ups were glitched too, like the fire flower’s top tile was right, but the bottom was Peach’s dress, in different colours depending in which area we were.
Ground : White dress with green line
Underground : White dress with blue line
Castle : White dress white orange line
Sadly, I only took pictures of the second glitch.

Since the game was “Super Mario Bros. + Duck Hunt”, the glitch happened to Duck Hunt too.
Now, I need to shoot… Cucks.
The game is so glitched that instead of Shooting it’s write “Sgoosimg”

Well, after taking all these pictures, I tried another time to start the game, and it worked as it’s supposed to.
This was funny though.
